Can't complain about the service one bit. The guys did great and were done in less than an hour…read more But... they only moved a few items from the my garage to the upstairs. No loading stuff into a truck, moving and unloading. Just up some stairs. Despite this I was charged a $125 "Fuel Surcharge" despite the fact their office is less than 5 miles from my house... and they showed up in a mini van. I questioned the fee and was told they did this on all jobs and I had no options. So counting the fuel fee and the 3 hour minimum you will be charged $620 no matter how small your move is...Period.
