Manager, lied to the owner about the verbal agreement she made to me in regards to refunding me the prorated money I paid for the storage unit when I moved out. Therefore I was refused money they owed me. I went to pay my rental fees when I noticed an increased in the amount owed this was without any notice, I immediately called and spoke with the manager, I told the manager I would be vacating the unit, she informed me I had to give a 15 day notice, so I gave the manager my 15 day notice during our conversation. I asked if she would prorate the amount I paid $210 for the month, she said yes. I month went buy and no refund, so I called and spoke with the manager, at that time she lied about our conversation to the owner and I was refused my refund. I don't do business with un-honest business and the company does not value there customer buy keeping your money, even after agreeing to refund it. read more

I have had my things at this storage place for a few years now. When I first got these storage units, the price was competitive. Now, the rates keep crawling up. Seems like every 4-6 mos my rates go up with no notification! It's a good thing I don't have auto pay. The units don't have electricity...no lights and no one lives on site. I'm paying more for less. Proceed with caution. The rat issue is real people!!!!! The dirt getting into the units is also an issue. Being from a military family and having to put my stuff in different storages in different cities throughout the years I can tell you, that I have had lots of experiences with different storage facilities and this by far is the worst. I just now finally got the last of my stuff out of there and I would like to scream from the mountain tops to warn everybody to stay away. Far away. Throughout the six years of my stuff being at this facility I have been in communication several times with the staff and have complained about the rats and I also complained about all the dirt, their response to me was I can file a claim, if I can prove it. They never cared that my stuff was damaged, either by the rats chewing up stuff or peeing and pooping over everything not to mention the dead rats. And to make matters worse this place is now holding the dumpster Bins hostage. They used to be accessible to anyone who needed them, now they lock them up and tell you over the phone that they are for maintenance personnel only. Unless of course when you tell them you're moving out and you'll gladly leave all of the trash in the unit then miraculously they will leave the dumpster out for you but clear across the other side of the complex, and then had the nerve to call me the next day to tell me that I filled up the whole dumpster and it was more trash than I had said I was going to dump. I can't believe they wanted to charge me. I wouldn't have had to throw away as much stuff as I did but noticing the severe rat damage, I had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of stuff. To your face and maybe in response to this post, they may apologize and say how sorry they are but it's just words people. Their actions tell a different story. My advice again is to proceed with caution. read more

Been a tenant here since Oct 2021 & love the convenience of the place and how I can drive up to my unit. Sophia is always such a help whenever I have questions and super friendly positive energy. I also love how early they open, especially during the summer 5am, to beat the heat. Units have lights & I feel the place is pretty secure, I left at right at 8:00 once and set their alarm off those suckers are loud as heck. read more

Even one star is too high of a rating for this establishment. Manager fails to return phone calls after telling him that rodents have ruined our furniture that was stored for over a month. Every time we try to confront the manager, he's "not here today". He has his staff trained in covering for him. Steven is good for calling you if your payment is late thought, he's consistancy out of this world for collecting payment. If you don't mind ruining your goods and having unwanted phone calls, then by all means, come to this place and get screwed badly. This place was and has been a LIFESAVER! I absolutely love their customer service and how awesome all the staff is there. I have been renting a unit there for over 3 years now and haven't had any issues at all! I even lived on the East Coast for a while and had no problem communicating with them at all. I just moved some stuff in to one of their 5x10 units. SO far I am very happy with my experience there. I feel like my stuff is very safe... they have a couple who run the place on site all the time and the gate and security code are a huge plus. The facilities are the nicest in the area (I looked at a couple other ones in the area and nothing compares to the quality there). I know I haven't been there very long, but I would definitely recommend these guys. I should also add that they have UHaul rentals here too. MAde my moving super convenient. read more

We had been there for 7 years. the average increase per year was $30 P/M. Th rent went from under $200 to $376 P/M effective this month. Absolute greed and highway robbery. The place is rat infested. We moved out today and found a new place for $199 P/M. It is sickening that a greedy owner would not take into consideration its loyal customers when it came to significant price increases. Totally unacceptable. INSANE RENTAL RATES!!. It is too bad. We really liked the location and onsite management. Those poor guys have to deal with complaining customers all day. Today, we saw three other people moving out besides us. They all said the same. Greed!! and unaccptable price increases. Doesn't the owner realize that we are not month-to-month. We had been there SEVEN years. With the mass exodus of tenants, they are sure to find themselves in trouble. My guess is they will have to lower prices to get new tenant and regret the decisions they have made. They are by far the most expensive in the region and can't take care of the rats. I was going to give this a good review but I got my unit yesterday and stored some things earlier today. The gates are supposed to open till 8pm and i arrived at 7:45pm to store more things and the key box is blinking red and it says to call manager. I now have two truck beds loaded with things and nowhere to store! read more

Check your reviews before you decide to rent here. I just left, with a bad result. Steve the manager is a horrible person. Very unprofessional and does not help. Only wants to rent and collect monies to look good for his bosses. It's dirty and you will find dead rats in your storage. And the smell is horrible. Best of luck to all that are currently there.
