They took care with her things as they packed and unpacked. We would use them for every move. Pricing was very fair and competitive to other companies, the final charge was actually less than the quote. Great communication. We knew when they were on their way and when they arrived. This is my doctors note the next day "Patient presents with complaints of right sided body pain since yesterday. This is about the same and not worsening. Patient states that she had hired a moving service to help move a lot of heavy items to her home. She states that she originally agreed to pay a certain price but yesterday when they arrived they wanted her to pay more money for them to move heavier things such as barrels and bags. She states that she refused to pay them so they left her stuff in the street. She states that she had no other way to move the items so she forced herself to move all of her things. She states that she used the right side of her body to help move and push the items. She states that now since then she has had pain to the right shoulder, side hip, leg and lower back. This increases with movement. Pain can radiate up the back and down the righ leg. " Nuff said! but I wanna state that it was a combination of Tina and Tim that literally tried to "milk The clock " not work -stand around while the one employee Jamison was busting his behind all by himself literally ...while the other bully Tim was standing above me, (while I was packing or even in front of my building )not working ! wasting time, charging me per minute, while standing still waiting for money letting minutes pass and then billing you for that !!!!practically as I reminded him he was" wasting time" (7 hour job - should have been left in its completion ) he took 7 hours and still couldn't compleate it ...btw I payed for 7hours $1500.00...! Tim procrastinating and was constantly offended ...and not working at all !!!!! not keeping accurate time clock (by not telling ME whe his timer went off although he SAID he would ...and not being proactive with me, belligerently aggressively trying to extort the money from me, and I would rather him push my stuff from the side of the road, wich he did then be extorted for money from ZZ Top. And his biller ...Devastated ! And perminatly altered from working with this crew. I hope they sleep well at night. But don't worry god sees everything

They moved me from Lakewood to Fairview Park, Ohio, at a speedy rate, but were very cautious and professional. I was given a time range and they arrived within it friendly and ready to go. Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's. They were able to supply me with a cover for my mattress (that I got to keep!) and proper care for some more fragile items. I was absolutely blown away by their help! Thanks again guys.

CubeSmart only reimbursed half that cost. Then they raised our rate within only a few months of being here. To top it all off I went to my unit yesterday. It was 80 degrees outside and the building was wayy hotter. I hate to think what it was during the 100 degree days last week. They are lying by selling climate controlled units. Do not trust your things here I am moving my things out tomorrow if I can.

We had a SUPER last minute need for local storage for one of my cousins attending Cleveland State…read more She had a housing/roommate issue (yuck) that led her with a truckload of items and a plane ticket leaving TOMORROW to escape the drama. I was in charge of organizing the logistics. Which, by the way, is my least favorite thing to do in a time crunch. I've had horrible storage facility experiences in the past but was impressed by my experience with this facility. The main item being, I didn't even need to interact with anyone to get this handled. We already had enough going on, so this convenience was VERY appreciated. After a quick yelp search, Buckeye State Storage popped up. I noticed they were literally minutes from Cleveland State which was super convenient for my cousin. I immediately went onto their website and reserved their move-in special, a 10x10 for $99. I instantly received a gate code, room #, and my cousin already had her own lock from the past that she held onto. She dropped her stuff off 20 minutes later. That was easy!

We used them for packing and moving a family of 6. Just so…read moremany things broken. I've moved many times before and I've just never seen anything like this. They did not use bubble wrap, or even packing paper. They threw delicate items, literally threw, I saw them, throwing them into boxes and just broke our PS5, our clocks, anything electrical. Anything delicate was damaged. They left doors broken in our new house. It was awful. I don't understand how they could be a professional company. When we went back to our original house, we found that they just left like 1/3 of our belongings were still there. But thrown around randomly on the floor just a complete mess, not packed. Just a horror story. We spent the next day trying to recover our stuff from the old house. And clean up after them. Thank God we moved the PC and laptops ourselves.

NOTHING was damaged or even close to it..I literally didn't have to lift a finger! the customer service was phenomenal to say the least. they placed my belongings in the new location so neat and organized . they made it so much easier for me to unpack.
