He noticed right away the chemicals weren't mixing with the wash and after several attempts, he told me he would need to come back. He said he would be back mid week- and sure enough, Josh texted me that he would be arriving at my house. He is a newer business, and was so communicative and genuine, I completely trusted him and I was not let down! When I arrived at my house on Friday, it looked like it had been painted! They put the furniture we couldn't move ourselves back in place where they were before the install. They asked me where a couple of furniture pieces went if they weren't sure. We did have to remove all of the items that were inside the furniture (bookcases and hutch). This was so the furniture would be easy to move. Location is convenient on Chagrin Blvd and he thankfully has Saturday hours. And the store has many styles and a variety of cord options on display. Bob came out twice to my house to discuss options, bring samples and double check measurements. The cost included installation which was done quickly and efficiently. Bob knows the product line in detail and quickly recommended styles and patterns based on my requirements. He also recommended a cord option that is very slick that I'd never heard of and would have not known to order, but loved it. He's been selling window treatments for over 20 yrs and it shows. He is a professional and a pleasure to work with. He also recommended an alternative to Silhouette shades which looked just like it at a good savings.
