They print labels for free and always offer to add some tape to my packages if it looks like I did a crap job at taping. No one these days offer this kind of service. FedEx, UPS, USPS are always nickel and diming their customers on tape and labels You need this in your life if you're new to the neighborhood. Got here in a knick of time. There was 15 mins to spare, however, 8 people were ahead of me. I only saw one lady behind the counter. I wasn't worried... I was already in the door LOL. While I was waiting, I was looking around... a pretty standard UPS store with personal mailboxes, stationeries, different sizes of boxes, shipping stuff, and more. Within a few minutes, the line started to move really fast... I said cool. Then I noticed another lady was behind the other side of the counter had came to the rescue. Thank you! After I got up to the counter, the transaction was done in less than 1 minute. Thank you UPS for great friendly staff and fast service! I've used the Amazon kiosk (it's a touchscreen) to scan returns where Amazon provided the label and I still have the box. There's a slot next to the kiosk where smaller items can go into the bin. The kiosk also provides a receipt (and a label, if you scan a QR code). For larger items, that don't fit into the slot, I wait in line to speak with an employee and get my receipt (proof of return). This location also provides mailboxes with an address not a PO Box number, shredding service, photos, and more. It's conveniently located near the mall and near Best Buy.

I took a picture of my package in her hands, as my proof. She also said that it would take a couple days to show up in my returns, when the UPS store returns show up instantly, so I'm not sure what the issue is here. I've decided to not drop off packages here again, because I don't like taking chances. Luckily, the Amazon app offers many different choices for dropping off returns. Lastly, every time I have stopped in this store there have been lines that are way too long, and don't appear to be moving.
