Kevin and his team worked hard and were flexible. When my leasing office wasn't open and the freight elevator wasn't accessible, they were able to pivot and adapt quickly. The team had a positive attitude and greeted me with a handshake and a friendly smile first thing this morning. They all went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Nothing was damaged, and they treated all of my home, furniture, and belongings with respect. Not to mention, I asked if they would drop of my mattress at my new place down the street from my storage unit (an added extra stop) and they said they would! After the final stop, they closed me out and everything was done in 2 HOURS!! I was shocked. This crew of three guys done in 2 hours packing up my 600 sqft apartment was a great value and money well spent compared to the other quotes I received. Got to the payment desk for my truck and my free storage and was told 245.00 for that size unit. Mistake by fellow employee prior to reservation. Deal is really second month free. So good hearted Boss honored the mistake for my unit for the first month free. I never paid that much monthly for storage but we'll see after the first month. But again this Boss really helped.
