Secondly, they packed food items with cleaning supplies in same box. sloppiest packing I ever experienced with using packing companies. I spoke to Robert regarding mislabeled boxes and paid for new boxes and got used ones and he said he would compensate but never did. I also left a tip for the movers that did the move and the mover called me later and said they never got that tip so Robert kept the movers tip. Stay away from this guy because nothing good's gonna come of it. They were to pick up a bedroom set, shop-desk, a standing tool box, and some medium and large moving boxes from the upstairs of a residential house, and then pick up the brunt of the items from a storage unit a mile away. The storage items had a dining room table, a leather sectional, ~ 20 medium to large moving boxes, a 5' safe weighing about 600 lbs, a mountain bike, a real wood TV entertainment center, and a real wood shelf. There was also a fee for the moving of the safe (seems to be standard for all moving companies). Saying all this, the guys did great! Every thing that could be scratched or scuffed was very well wrapped and protected, even the safe. They did a meticulous job of protecting my property. They were professional, hospitable, friendly, safety-minded, and very efficient. I'd highly recommend these guys and would use them again. The rates are reasonable and even the office personnel was professional.

They avoided eye contact. I wouldn't have written a review BUT we had just gotten the new home painted and unfortunately it has to be done again. Scuff marks everywhere, scratches on the walls, broken mirrors and light bulbs, scratched up dented furniture. And our old home floors were completely destroyed. They were new floors we put in. We did a video call so they can give an estimate, we never received an estimate. The movers came to pack move and unpack. They didn't know they were supposed to be packing/unpacking. They left my front door wide open and never turned the gate back on so if I hadn't gone back for cleaning supplies my door would've been left open over night. When I told the only guy who spoke English he said "I wasn't the last one out" no apologies just a lazy answer. They never unpacked properly. I started unpacking the kitchen, so they had an idea of where things went. They didn't try, they just unpacked random stuff and threw it in places. Appliances were disassembled which could have easily been put together. My cake stand was in two thrown on the counter top with a box over the glass in an unsafe manner. They said they were scheduled to come back tomorrow and when I called to complain about how the place left they said the job was done and I should've said something before they left. I told them they should leave instead of waiting for me to return after picking up my daughter they told me had to pay. Which understood I'll pay for the day, but the packing job was not done. These are scammers. It's been a long time since I dealt with a business like this but this one beware.

In the end, I was happy to go with Pinpoint Movers anyway because they are family owned. I opted for a 3 person team. They moved quickly and the gentlemen that came to move my things were so kind. I was impressed with how they communicated with me. They gave me a one hour timeframe of when to expect them but called me at the start of that timeframe to let me know how many minutes away they were which was helpful because I was able to run a quick errand since I knew when they were arriving. They moved fast and efficiently. Very impressive. It was hard work as I moved to a third story unit with no elevator. In the end I had a couple of small cosmetic nicks to an end table and a nick on my doorframe, but all in all, it was a successful move in my book. I felt the pricing was fair for the service I received. They required two hour minimum and had a service charge I felt was very fair. I would use them again.

We can only book it for 2 hours. 150 movers will do 8am-10am moves or 11-3p. They will not do 2 hour increments after 10am which obviously would not work for me. It is a shame because. Most people moving from apartments, need to book a freight elevator. The person that I spoke to was courteous and professional. I just wish the company was more collaborative. When they arrived, they got straight to work. We were surprised by how fast they were able to move everything! They each were professional, polite and efficient. We have a tight spiral staircase in our new house, which is a pain to get furniture up. They kindly moved a whole office up the stairs without hesitation or complaints! We appreciated this because we know how much of a hassle it is to move up those stairs. They also were very careful with our items, they wrapped all the items that needed wrapping and carefully loaded and unloaded our stuff. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move. They were able to move 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office and a kitchen in 3 hours (including a 20min drive to our new house). We were impressed by how quickly they got this done! The pricing is extremely reasonable. I feel that the quality of service was worth even more than they charged! This was such a positive experience and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing moving services! We will definitely be using them again!
