The property manager was cold not showing any empathy or support as I broke down crying because my Dad's Dallas Cowboys coat was also taken and that broke my heart and I didn't want to act out because that wouldn't solve anything. I was left by myself on a cold stairwell until the police arrived to take the report the process took over 3 months.. meanwhile I'm paying rent but feeling this was an inside job!! The claim was released afterwards I moved out! I'm at a much better location with security alarms attached to my unit and property management on the property until it closes!

The employee (wish I would have taken his name down) was super helpful. He provided the unit prices and answered all our questions. He gave us the tour of the facility and was in no rush of kicking us out. Definitely made us feel welcomed. We've been renting a storage for about 4 months now, so far so good. A few months into renting this storage they let us know that they had broken into it and we had to come see what they had taken. I was in disbelief when I open the unit and noticed they took all of my stuff and my sons as well. I WAS SHOCKED and heartbroken I couldn't believe the employees had no idea what was going on. They took every single box even my family pictures among a lot of other valuables they wiped us clean. They only left the bed frames and my mattress because that didn't fit through the hole they had made and some kitchenware they couldn't get to. For what I seen these people probably stayed in there for a few days. I found a cat's skull and its lower jaw it was gross among other disgusting things. There was also a bucket with human feces in it. After we confronted the employees they laughed it off and one of them told me "this happens way more than you would think" as if it was supposed to make me feel better.In other words on their end it was completely normal to them and no big deal. I would NEVER recommend these storage units to anyone. This place needs to be renovated. They are not enough cameras to cover all areas properly, doors are uneven and slide latches to lock the doors are rusted. Please do your research before renting a storage unit.
