I've rented here 2 years ago twice and I don't know who is in charge of this facility but something has definitely changed drastically this shit is a disaster, no body is never in the office, people are sleeping in bathrooms, it's always dirty, they have mice on the first floor its just too much customer service has been very poor. read more

Place is always dirty since the time I got to rented it literally took me almost 5 hours to get into my unit for the first time since no one was there to help me get into my unit. Every time I come there is no one in the front office I call the number and it sends me to customer service representative who aren't at the facility this place has rats/mice you can smell it and there is poop all over and last time I came it looked like there is someone camping I couldn't even get through I had to go around I am really disappointed about this place also has a really heavy nasty smell. Finally i found my spot! being picky on locations this is it, Manager really explained in details the cost, security, access and easy to pay. Management was really thoroughly, he showed me the Spaces, walked me thru no compromises and loved it, i love the cleanliness, staff was so helpful, easy access, i asked for a floor unit due to my bad knees and usually to young fellas are not available but is understandable to help the older and elderly customers but for me, this is a long term and he understood the situation and accommodated me to it. so with no hesitation i decided to be a new customer. First off I was helped by the sweetest young lady. Not only did she answer all my questions, she took me on a tour and made sure I knew how to use their cylinder locks. The building is clean, and definitely brand spanking new ! Elevators are nice, and the building is very secure. A code is needed to access AND EXIT the facilities. But, I paid in advance to reserve a unit and have arrived 2 separate days to move in (9:30 am and another time at 11:00 am) and no one is here. Clearly the manager doesn't care to clock in or something. Incredibly frustrating. I'll have to store my stuff elsewhere I guess. The Firestone location took me to see a unit that I reserved and then gave the unit to someone else when I returned to pay for the unit. They offer no apologies for their mistakes. And they make it seem like it's your fault. I hate this company.! read more

BEWARE! Facility seemed good at first, but now the place has ROACHES. On the first tour facility was presented as nice/clean, however, on move in day there was a dead roach in our unit. It was assured to us it was not a problem and it was only there because they sprayed, so we moved our stuff in. Everything was okay for about two months, then my wife and I noticed more roaches down the hallways and in front of other people's units during the first two weeks in August as we frequently have to go to storage. Now as of yesterday August 26th, we found multiple roaches crawling on/in our items. We alerted the employees and they came to look and during the conversation and they saw a roach crawling on our items to prove our point about what was starting to occur. They stated they have been busy and moving a lot of new people in, so there is no way to know what new person may have brought them or where they originated from. Now we must take extra time and money to disinfect and go through every item in our storage due to this issue. We definitely will be moving our storage elsewhere as soon as we get our stuff cleaned and checked. Someone from the facility was supposed to call and see what could be done, but no one ever reached out after the complaint. read more
