The staff here is terrible. I've been having a storage here for almost 6 years and ever since Angie started working there she acts like she owns the place. Staff is constantly asking for CASH in order to not be penalized for stuff that isn't even against my contract. I've contacted corporate they don't care either. This isn't the first time I've contacted them for extortion from their staff at this location so they must already be used to it and feel like I'm bothering them at this point. Avoid this place at all costs. Currently looking for another place where I don't have to pay 289 a month for a 10x12 storage unit. read more

I've probably rented 10-12 units in the past 20 years. Jonathan was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was a class A rental experience. I've had my storage here for my business for about a year now and the customer service is EXCELLENT. Jennifer & Andrea are always prompt, professional & helpful. I have 1 inside unit & 2 "garage" units. Hours are 8-6 weekdays and it's opened ON TIME. No waiting for someone to show up to get inside. Garage units are offered extended entry times, includes electricity and wall plugs. Storage units are cool even on a summer day, not hot and humid. Inside office has water, Bathrooms, and dollys to help you move. If there's ever an issue, come to the office and the girls will get it sorted immediately. Storage unit also has a dock on the side, for the front building. So if moving pallets, or large furniture you can park at dock for easy removing from trucks / vans. read more

This review is based off the courteous staff, cleanliness and amenities more than the price. Today I was asked to help move and store some items. Paperwork and getting the truck took a little under 30 minutes. Getting in and out of storage area was quick and easy. Dual driveways in and out of location to prevent congestion, plenty of space to turn a truck around, and a clean interior environment. They should offer a cleaning service for the vehicles stored there, it would make the parking lot look more inviting. Although I was only helping with the labor and driving, and did not have anything to do with the actual payment, I was told the units were fairly priced. They have web rates and a 1$ first month special. A special perk for you locals, you get a free truck rental for up to 20 miles. Everything above was worthy of a 3 star, the extra 4th star came into play later when I realised I lost my tape measure. I called in and the representative seemed more than happy to search the truck for me, giving me a call back within 5 minutes. Thank you Jeanette.
