Despite the truck advertising "licensed and insured," the company has stopped responding to calls and messages. No follow-up, no accountability, no claim filed. If you damage a customer's property, own it and make it right. That's the bare minimum. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

We placed bubble wrap around the clock, weights and pendulum to transport to their location. We purchased the shipping label through eBay, my husband explained this to the gentleman. We needed it safely packed and shipped. He assured us that they could safely do so. Our customer contacted us to let us know his clock was severely damaged. We contacted Tennessee Valley Packaging and took the photos to them to show them the damage. Their response was, it looks like it was dropped. They did not package the item, they simply made a box and placed it in it without packaging or securing the weights properly. They gave no refund, no apology, took no responsibility whatsoever. Please be very careful if using this company to package or ship anything fragile.

I wish I could remember the names of the 3 men who did the move. They were polite, professional, on time and attentive to all of our request. They would double check on what needed to be moved and to where if I had not been clear on the instruction sheet. Otherwise, they followed it without any input allowing us to do other things while they worked. They have to be the #1 team of the company!! We had a very heavy piece of furniture to move downstairs. The team sized up the task, determined a plan and got it downstairs and in place. The great thing is there are no scuffs on the furniture, walls, floors or the trim work. We requested the first appointment (9AM) that required a 3-hour minimum. We had about 45 minutes left on the time and all 3 of them ask my wife and I if we needed anything else moved. They were so persistent that we had them move several small things we had planned on moving. They still finished early and ask again if they needed to move anything else.

They did a quick walk-thru of the space with us, where we identified which items were going where (we had to stop at a storage unit before the home we were moving into). After that, they packaged all of our items with care, and safely loaded everything onto the truck! It took around four hours to complete our move, and at around $800 total, it was well worth the price. The two Roberts were friendly, professional, and fast while still moving larger pieces carefully. He came out and gave us an estimate on what it would take to pack up and move our things to storage as we're getting ready to sell our house. It wouldn't be so bad except for he sent, I believe, five or six workers. Only two of them worked the entire time they were there. I wish I had gotten the names of the two workers, because they were very hard-working and did not stop the entire time. Whereas the other guys had to be told numerous times to go do something. One was even sitting in the den in a chair on his phone for quite some time. Once we are ready to move into our new home, we will have to get our stuff out of storage.
