I don't have very good fingerprints and the woman helping me really took her time to make sure to get the best possible prints for me, even when multiple fingers needed to be scanned 3-4 times. She was direct, knowledgeable, clear, and was patient with me asking questions or for clarification. I'm glad I came here instead of going to a larger chain store, because I felt I was taken care of and looked after, while still only needing to be in the store for 10-15 minutes.
