The owner is unreliable. He will try to convince you that he can ship everything to everywhere. He doesn't have experience shipping internationally to Asia. But he told me that he knows all about it, and acts very convincing. Once UPS rejected the package and shipped it back, he said " I have never shipped it to this place before". I had a box that was labeled and ready to ship, with the exception of one side not taped. They wanted to charge me 50 cents for tape which I was okay with, but I only had a credit card and was I willing to pay. Told me 'no' that the cost for him to even process it would be more. I even offered to buy something they were selling. The man seemed highly irritated and told me he would just do it and that next time to bring my own tape and was very rude about it. Told me anywhere else would tell me the same thing. I've shipped many times thru FedEx, USPS, and UPS and have never received such bad service. They've even offer to tape the boxes up for me if they saw it open or there wasn't enough tape. Never do business here. It was of those peaceful days traveling cross country from Orange County to the Sunshine State if Florida that I forgot my laptop at security. The guys did an excellent job at keeping it and next day they recommended me a service to use to retrieve the laptop and get it shipped. Just came back from this location... will never go back again. There were 2 people , a lady on the phone and a gentleman looking at his computer, no other customer ... gentleman made me feel like I was inconveniencing him... reluctantly helping. The business is convenient when you need to pay your utility bills. However they don't have any hours of operation on their door or on the website. It is Saturday, July 14, 2018 10:23 AM. There is been five people out here waiting for this business to open for at least 45 minutes now. Beauty shop next-door says they open at 10 AM. And even when you call their operation it gives no recording of any Kind. So sad when you own your own business and you feel like you can come whenever you want. I inadvertently left my laptop behind at John Wayne airport (SNA) in Irvine and did not discover the fact till we arrived in Phoenix. I was so upset but after many phone calls, the airport did find it and advised me to call either UPS or FedEx near the airport to arrange for pickup and then delivery to me in Phoenix. Albert and his wife at Pack N Ship couldn't have been more helpful. They explained all my options and costs. Albert went immediately to the airport, texted me a photo of laptop to verify he had the correct one, texted me a photo of wrapped package when it was ready to be shipped, and also phoned me back to make sure everything was the way I wanted it handled as he knew I was upset. ALL OVER $1 For the past 8 yrs my business mail was delivered here with little to NO issues, aside from the unfriendliness until the new owner Jae Cha took over. Jae is the RUDDIEST, most UNPROFESSIONAL business owner I have ever met. I have never been so humiliated publicly before today. Jae decided that he would start charging customers $1 to get the mail if they forget the key (great idea). But don't harass customers about it, just make it a new policy and be understanding if customers complain about having to pay. My business partner parked in front where Jae was talking to the shopping center security guard (confused young man). Jae followed me into the business and without asking his employee got my mail for me so of course I pleasantly thanked her. When I started to leave Jae yelled out "Next time I'm going to charge you $1" which I replied ok that's fine. Jae continued to follow me to the door repeating "I mean it, I'm going to charge you $1 next time" when I stopped in the doorway he got in my face and POKED ME in the chest telling me that I better have my key next time. Really, all of this over $1. At this point the security guard was also standing at the door and clearly saw Jae poke me in the chest but says he didn't and then tried to grab me and throw me out. The security guard then called the police. When I went to the car I told my buddy what happened so he then went into Pack-N-Ship to speak with the owner. Keep in mind that this shopping center is a place we frequently come to eat or at least I use too. Now my buddy (business partner) comes back and says that Jae is threatening to close our mailbox and refusing our business. ALL OVER $1!!!!!!!! So I went back inside and asked Jae if he was shutting down our business mailboxes and he replied YES and threw $80 at me and said get out. Now I'm stuck without my mail and can't even forward my mail from the post office. IF YOU HAVE A MAILBOX AT THIS PLACE I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST MOVING TO ANOTHER MAIL STOP OR IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW PO BOX I WOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

I had 2 errands to run tonight: grabbing a business card from the hair salon next door and then shipping a package out, so I parked in the stall designated for "pack n ship." The employee of pack n ship ran after me when I parked in the stall and said that she was going to call security on me since I parked in that stall. I told her I'd be back in 30 seconds as I was going next door to get my first priority done. I came back 15 seconds later and she was taking pictures of my license plate. I was shocked and told her that she needs to be nicer when dealing with customers. She continued to argue so I decided to not do business here. To be honest, I'm not too fond of this place. I've sent a couple packages and luckily they reached their destination. I feel like this store is lacking customer service, especially when it comes to customers who are shipping items.... They sell furniture and random things here as well and it seems like those customers are always helped first. I'm pretty sure they make up their own prices so they can profit off of the shipping side, which is understandable since its a business but its ridiculous that it costs so much to ship out of this place. After my second time going and leaving feeling not so secure with my items being shipped, I don't plan on coming back. One of the items broke in my package too because they don't give you proper things to wrap your items. Lesson learned. read more

You can drop off your package pretty late here which is a plus but they don't greet you or ask to help you. You can pay your some utilities here but beware if you pay with credit card they will charge whatever fee the feel like that day. Seems to change when I HAVE TO go here. Great place to drop off ANYTHING you wish to ship! Just bring Pack N Ship any item you wish to ship, give them the address and they will package it carefully and send it off for you. I also have a mail box with them. All my mail and deliveries are safe and secure behind their desk. I enjoy checking out the different items they have for sale too. Its fun! :-) Its hilarious when the owner gives me a joke or two when he has a little time to chat. This is a family business and they care about their customers. VERY TRUST WORTHY!
