Rented here for 3 months and moved out as soon as I learned that Joe and his brother are Racist. Joe and his brother LIVE on premises. There's garbbish on premises - full of trash that never gets emptied. The roof inside the units is basically sheet metal that's stapled together. The whole place is falling apart. And they have the nerve to offer a discount when the whole place needs to be shut down by the city. Don't support Racist Business. Look elsewhere! read more

There are thieves targeting this facility. I had my items stored here for less than 2 months between Jan and March 2022, and had $7,000 worth of stuff stolen. My insurance claim only covers $2k (my fault yes, but just learn from me and cover yourself enough). What bothered me is that they had video of the thieves, and didn't bother to reach out to the units that they must have seen in the video being broken into? (They informed me they were aware of break ins, and gave me the detectives #...) Oh and when moving in, their elevator was broken so I got the joy of moving all my stuff up flights of stairs. read more

Place is a scam. Removed my trailer from here 4 months ago and just noticed my card was still being charged. I called to let them know and they acted like it was the first they were hearing about my trailer being gone. My bad, for not getting anything in writing, but shame on Jesse for knowingly charging me secretly for 4 months. Absolute con artists. When I told them what was happening and asked for a refund, they were rude and essentially said "oh, you're out over $1,000, too bad so sad." Do not believe any of the 5 star ratings either. They say they will take $10 off your first months rent if you leave a 5 star review. I even did that, only for them not to take $10 off, so all of those 5 stars are fake and incentive driven. DO yourself a favor and DO NOT use them. read more

This place is ridiculous. I can't believe uHaul gave them a contract. I used a uhaul for 3 hours, 22 miles. They told me to return the uhaul with a 1/4 tank of gas. I put 3 gallons of gas in to get to here. The lady with the dog says this isn't a 1/4 tank and makes me drive back to get more gas. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only was the lady at the front desk not wearing a mask in very close quarters, but the other person was taking their time when I said I was in a hurry. There was only one couple in front of me that made two separate transactions and somehow she managed to stretch that into ten minutes. I purposely ordered online so that I could be in and out in five minutes but I ended up staying there for over 15. I told both employees that my order was online, but when I got up to the desk they rang it up as a regular order and then scolded me that I didn't tell them it was an online order first. Bruh.... I beg anyone who needs to get boxes to use a different uhaul facility if you value your health & time. I'm a super live and let live person so this visit rubbed me enough the wrong way to write this review. take that as you will. read more

I had a wonderful first-time experience with renting a 15" UHaul Truck from this facility. From check-in to drop off, the process was simple, efficient, and straightforward. Employees were friendly and explained all the necessary information clearly and concisely. Props to Taelor for being wonderful. (We also had a great conversation about PC gaming)! As for the truck itself, it ran surprisingly well and was incredibly clean. Turns out we ended up needing more time than the allotted 6 hours, so I called and they allowed us to continue to use the truck. When we dropped off a few minutes after the office closed, thankfully the employee also reminded us about filling up the gas, which we completely forgot about. In the mist of these difficult times can't help it not to share my experience with your organization as I don't want anyone else be put through the same treatment that I was subjected to Eviction because a couple of time I had stayed passed the closing time. One time I had lost my car keys and was looking for it and another time I just lost the track of time. For that in the middle of pandemic I was forded out. Shame on them. That was particularly harsh considering the circumstance and the seriousness of the violation that was in no way or shape or manner unforgivable for this to literally treat me like trash. read more

I had an absolutely awful experience with this facility. I made my reservation a week in advance. When I show up at the scheduled time to pick up my truck, the man informed me that the truck is out of service. I received no phone call, no nothing informing me of this. When I asked him how he would assist me in finding another truck, he told me he couldn't do anything. Left me completed stranded with no truck and no help. Then I get charged the $50 no-show fee two days later on my credit card. Had to waste time on the phone with customer care to get my money refunded. Go to Uhaul instead. They helped me and were wonderful. These guys are horrible, rude, and do not care about their customers whatsoever. read more
