Her behavior was unprofessional, petty, and frankly, not what you'd expect from someone managing a customer-facing business. The final straw was when she told me to pack up and leave because I was draining only water -- nothing harmful, nothing dangerous -- just water. She claimed it was against policy, yet when I asked to see where that was stated in the lease agreement, she couldn't provide any clear documentation. Nothing in what she showed me outlined that I was in violation. It felt completely arbitrary and personal. She even made a point to say she's on-site and has seen burglaries and more. Hearing that from a manager actually made me feel less secure about storing my belongings there. Between that and her attitude, I knew this wasn't a place I wanted to leave my property. Katie's handling of the situation showed a serious lack of professionalism and understanding of the actual lease terms. If she's going to enforce rules, they should be clearly written and consistent -- not based on her mood or personal bias. At the very least, she should be trained on how to interpret and communicate policies properly. I would not recommend this location to anyone until there's a serious review of management. After how I was treated, I didn't feel safe or respected, and that's a non-negotiable when choosing a storage facility.

All I had to pay was for the diesel gas I used. Secondly, they do ask for a 15 day move out notice. I was 6 days past the 15 day notice window. Instead of them charging me an extra month they only prorated me the 6 days I was over. The employees were also very nice and helpful. David drove the truck to my place, got the ramp down for us and when we were done, drove the truck back for us to offload. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. I read the reviews and was concerned with the posts from 2014 or older. I went to the place anyways and found the new reviews are accurate. The staff is a group of young professionals with great attitudes and were all very helpful. I rented a storage unit month to month without any extra admin fees or sign up costs. It was simple and easy. I also made a reservation for U-Haul to pick up and drop off at the same storage facility. They do not have Budget trucks anymore and the staff said they are much happier with U-haul. I found the whole process to be unstressful and the staff was a big reason why it went to well. Check this place out - the old reviews were obviously about a different group of people because this group was AWESOME!!! read more

I am in the midst of moving and getting myself into a new place and obviously needed somewhere to keep my belongings. I found this place because of the location and low rates. Taelor and Bryce were a great help in explaining how everything works and took me on a tour to check out which size storage unit would fit best. Taelor really took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly and that I didn't have any unanswered questions. I recently rented a storage unit from Airport Self Storage and I can't be happier. I left ExtraSpace storage as they ruthlessly informed me that my next month would be an additional $140 more per month and they couldn't give a F about their existing client. So I left! Found the best pricing with Airport Self Storage and what's even better is my business is literally right behind them! So convenient! I agree with Katy S. I've been renting from Airport Storage since December 27, 2014. They have been professional, courteous and very accomodating. Yes, they have changed management and personnel twice and each time it has improved from the prior group - who were not bad. Pricing is the lowest in the area. If cars blocking drive, they get the customer to move them ASAP. It's the poor layout of the actual building and parking - not management's fault. When I first signed up and they warned me prices would start going up after I think the first year? they said I could always just switch units and sign a new contract. But when I tried to do that at the 2.5 year mark after several increases, they said you could only do so if you switched to a new floor entirely... basically making the process harder if you have bulky, heavy things. The place is clean, and access system is nice, but the rates for existing customers vs deep incentives to attract new customers is kind of the slap in the face I needed to close down my unit. Basically only store for the promotional no-rate-increase period and then get out. It's not worth it otherwise.

Then they charge you a LATE fee, a PRE-LIEN fee and an LIEN fee, all because their website is rigged to NOT accept your payment. It's a sweet little side-hustle they're using to SCAM their own customers. - By the time I can get over there to pay them in person they claim I have racked up-an additional $25 in fees, and somehow the fees are all my fault so I better pay them or they will auction my unit. I don't know if this is happening at just this one specific facility or if this is a company-wide con. Personally I'm done with these guys. There's A LOT of other storages places in the area.
