It created an uncomfortable tension during an already stressful move. I am grateful for their good hard work, but I would prefer to post a review because of the quality of service, not because I feel pressured to in the moment. And I needed 4, count them, 4 pieces of identification to drive the truck from one unit to another. Then I needed to bring someone who signed the storage agreement 4 years ago here with his 4 pieces of identification. She never let me speak. I'm certain she wouldn't have actually cared, but she never even let me tell her he was in the hospital and that wasn't possible. I said "it appears you don't want to help me, but no problem, I'll make 30 trips in my small car." Then I smiled and left, couldn't say thank you because she did not actually do anything for me. It's her job to be professional and to treat customers politely. And these customers have given this business $500 a month for 4 years. That will be ending soon. I'm on trip #16....

They were suppose to move my grandma into an assisted living facility on the 15th. The move had to be completed by 5pm per facility rules. Which they knew about. They were schedule to come in the afternoon. Her move was the second of the day. After several calls in which the company did not know the location of their driver, they Cancelled the move and it had to be completed the next day. Had to take off work and rearrange my schedule for the next day. When I re-called them for some discount bc the move was not completed on the day it was supposed to be, the man (owner) hung up on me. Poor/rude costumer service. Didn't apologize for anything. The driver was the only nice one and contacted me personally. However, he is not the one who owns this company. I told every company that we have a small move as we had been moving things little by little by ourselves, only Lynn provided me with the lowest minimum hours and competitive pricing. When I said I would get back to her, I appreciated her persistence in following up. They estimated 2.5 hours of work and Carlos and his team did a great job efficiently moving things, only took 30 more minutes than they estimated. They also didn't have any hidden charge for wrapping material for couch etc. My husband at the receiving address said they were very careful with our newly renovated home, the floor, the wall etc as they moved and assembled furniture. After the move, the owner Diego himself reached out to check in and asked for feedback.
