From start to finish Chris and his family helped explain cost and everything else. One of the items that needed to be sent was about 100 years old (found that out from my family after I had shipped it) and it was packaged so well when it arrived with the other items. To give some clarity on its journey, I had 2 chairs, a 100-year-old tea set and some fragile wall oddly shaped art that all went on one pallet. The pallet according to the tracking was transferred about 6 times on other trucks to make it here so it was bumped around countless times in terminals being loaded and unloaded. All arrived with 0 scratches, dents and fully intact. No better feeling then unpacking everything and seeing it in the condition I sent it in.

I arrive only to find out that my boxes were never ordered and payment was never taken. The irresponsible owner wrote down my business card number on a piece of paper and apparently lost it. USPS is my go to, but they close early, ups also is known to close early, lo and behold, FedEx was open till 8pm and I made it in the last person before closing! The lowest shipping they had was 2 days for $16.. normally at usps, it's 5 days for $10-$12... so not bad with the price difference! Good customer service too very professional staff! Second, value is by far the best reason I went with them. Their price beat both the largest U-Haul or Penske truck, plus, you don't have to drive it across country! Trucks are also larger per cubic feet than what Penske or U-Haul even provide with their largest trucks. Third, if you aren't ready to move in, they will store your goods inside the trailer until you are ready (military members, storage is covered for an X amount of days.. check with TMO for most recent guidance). With a U-Haul or Penske, you'd have to unload it into storage if you aren't ready, only to have to reload. Trailers are easy to load, and you only pay for what you use, which is incrementally based upon how much of the trailer you use. I'll definitely use this company again!
