    WARNING TO ANY INTERESTED CUSTOMERS: DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THIS FACILITY. After my horrendous experience with ExtraSpace, I will make sure to never rent a storage unit from this company or this specific facility ever again. Security is pretty much nonexistent here except for a couple cameras at the front of the building. There is only one employee manning the front desk TOPS, and most of the time they're in the back room or they're not paying much attention to what's going on. It's way too easy to hop the gate and get into the facility via the side door that's always unlocked. There are also no cameras in any of the hallways of the building. Back in June there was a massive break-in and multiple units were hit, including mine and my boyfriend's. We had several sentimental valuables taken, despite our unit being double-locked. We'd carefully organized and packed the entire space, only to return and find it ransacked/left in horrible condition. The staff barely offered any help unless we pushed for it, and we received no discount for the emotional and financial damages the break-in caused us... the manager just gave us a generic "we're so sorry this happened" spiel and replaced the locks... after we asked for new locks. My boyfriend and I had to approach the staff first for any sort of communication or assistance post-robbery. Not the other way around. The only reason we even found out we were robbed is because the police happened to be called by someone in the neighborhood nearby. Had the police never been involved, we wouldn't have known the break-in took place until reopening our unit. I should also add this detail: The insurance that ExtraSpace MAKES all their customers use only covers up to $10,000, and does NOT cover stolen or damaged jewelry. STAY AWAY from this company and look elsewhere for storage! And shame on the entire staff for running an absolute scam disguised as a business.

    I've been renting here for the past year and a couple of months ago I went into my unit and when I opened the door, I noticed a majority of my work equipment was missing. In total, $45,000 worth of equipment that I use for my business. It has made a huge mess of my life, finances, and work. Upon my own investigation I realized that there is a gap above every storage unit and that a human being can climb into these units. The lock is attached to a latch, but from the inside, there are two small nuts that hold the latch into place. Someone must have climbed into the unit and undid the latch and opened the door. After they took what they wanted, they put the latch back and it looked like no one was there. I suspect it was personnel from the storage facility since every question I asked was responded to with false information. Unit management never responded to my emails and their claims department was unwilling to work with me to adjust the max claim amount on the insurance. If it was a normal robbery, I might be okay with the way things were handled, but there is no security at all. Actually, there is an open window above almost every interior unit that allows for anyone to access everyone else's units at any time they want. So after a devastating hit to my life and my business, the most I can do is warn others to not store valuables at this place. You will not be accommodated when they are stolen, even though they are giving free access for that to happen.

    Disappointed with Extra Space Storage. Especially during a time like this. Rate increase. Really?  Wow.

    NOT THRILLED. I have two units here. The 1st unit i got in Mid March 2020. During Pandemic. The 2nd unit right around Mid May. We have not even been with them a year and they are increasing the prices. People are still having tough times. This is a sign that EXTRA STORAGE SPACE IS GREEDY. This is SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT they are increasing their rates at a time like this Wow. SMH. I have a unit at Life Storage ( previously Summerlin Storage ). I have had that unit over there over a year & they have not increased the rate. I will be taking my stuff in this unit at Extra Space to Life Storage on Hualapai & Peace Way. The staff over there greets you all the time. Not a one time deal to get you in the door. Everyone over there is always nice. IHAVE MOVED OUT OF HERE!!

    I pay for secure storage at this lot but the gate is perpetually broken and stays locked open for weeks at a time. When I call to ask them when it will be fixed and to express my displeasure, they invite me to take my business elsewhere. They blame the fact that the gate is broken on other customers but if I recall, they claimed that part of their security measures were cameras. So just to sum up the service I'm paying for, the lot is not secure because the gate is always broken and the gate is always broken because they can't identify the customers who keep breaking it with their security cameras that are supposed to be protecting their customer's stuff. This place is the worst. Response to business: I've already experienced your customer service response to my concerns so I'm not very confident that you will do anything other than tell me to leave if I'm not happy. All I did was ask you to fix the problem and give me a sense of when you would do that. You refused and told me to leave if I wasn't happy and then you raised my rates. You are the model for poor customer service and you do not stand behind the basic promises that you make for your service.

    No accountability of reservations.

    I've had to revise my review. I called today about my reservation that Debbie made me for June 17, 2023 and the employee who answered the phone told me that she doesn't see me reservation. I wanted to lock in the rate I saw but they gave away my reservation. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I have no trust in the management and would like them to make this right, as promised, as soon as possible.

    They had time to break in!

    I give this place 0 stars. They raised my rate 2x in less than 2 years. Not to mention I was robbed. Someone stole my belongings and the management did nothing but slammed a 1800 number in my face and told me to shush, Every time I go into the place someone new is working there and they only have 1 gate working! The person that changed my lock and was supposed to send me a picture of my belongings mysteriously doesn't work there anymore. Hmm...

    I had to ship some items that were really fragile to central Wisconsin from Vegas so needless to…read moresay I was worried about the journey. From start to finish Chris and his family helped explain cost and everything else. One of the items that needed to be sent was about 100 years old (found that out from my family after I had shipped it) and it was packaged so well when it arrived with the other items. To give some clarity on its journey, I had 2 chairs, a 100-year-old tea set and some fragile wall oddly shaped art that all went on one pallet. The pallet according to the tracking was transferred about 6 times on other trucks to make it here so it was bumped around countless times in terminals being loaded and unloaded. All arrived with 0 scratches, dents and fully intact. No better feeling then unpacking everything and seeing it in the condition I sent it in.

Called on…read morea Thursday to place a small B2B order, went through 3 employees that didn't know what was going on, finally the owner got on the phone and took my business card number to submit payment, and I was told I would get a call Friday when the boxes came in to pick up and get my invoice. Friday came and went and I never got a call. I called Monday of the following week and was told I could pick up the boxes. I arrive only to find out that my boxes were never ordered and payment was never taken. The irresponsible owner wrote down my business card number on a piece of paper and apparently lost it. They acted like it was no big deal, were very unprofessional and rude. Do with this message what you will..

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We moved from Las Vegas to South Carolina and did a ton of research on other…read moremoving companies before deciding on Eco Movers LV. Their price was in the middle of the two other companies we narrowed it down too but we decided to do Eco Movers due to our initial reaction of getting quotes and questions answered. They were very responsive and I could tell they were not trying to hit you over the head with hidden fees or additional costs like some of the other companies. Everything they quoted was a set price with no fluctuations. We booked everything a few months in advance to be proactive but Leury and his team made sure to check in with us before moving day. He came by and did a walk through of our 3 bed/2 story home to make sure he and his team had what they needed. The only thing I wasn't expecting was to pay for the blankets used for wrapping, but I take responsibility for that as Leury was not aware that our belongings would be staying in storage, and did not want to remove the blankets so our stuff wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and had no issues paying the extra for that. The guys that arrived to pack our stuff were so nice. We had about 3 guys show up and they did their thing. They made sure to point out any of our furniture that had previous dings or cracks and took pictures for reference. They were super quick and efficient and wrapped our fragile and heavy furniture. We did the packing ourselves and only hired them to move so we appreciated them wrapping things as part of their service. After they were done we were given an estimated time of arrival for our items and as always, they stayed in communication with us along the way. They gave us daily updates of where our load was on the journey. We had someone else be there for when our load arrived and they let us know everything went smoothly! I love how thorough the whole Eco Movers team was. I always felt like my things were safe and taken care of. We also had 2 Jeeps that needed transporting and Leury and his team recommended us to their partner Mark who was equally honest and reliable. They also quoted us fixed quotes without any hidden fees, and stayed in constant communication with us. We met our driver (Enrique) across the street from our neighborhood to drop off our cars. I would note that they need space to unload some cars to put yours on, so meeting them in a more feasible location may be a thing. Thankfully we had a big lot across from our neighborhood so we just walked back after our cars were dropped off. The company used was Onway Logistics. I appreciated them providing a tracking link so you can track your cars along the way. They arrived a day before schedule and we also had someone pick the cars up for us and everything went smoothly. Overall we paid about $11.5k for the whole move. The cars were $1850 a piece and the household move came in around $7800. Again, we had quotes higher and lower than Eco Movers but felt more comfortable paying a bit more for quality service. We highly recommend Eco Movers if it's in your budget, and will keep recommending them to anyone who asks! Huge shout out to Elsa for staying in constant communication with us and being such a pleasure to work with on Leury's team. And a huge shout out to our handy movers Hunter, Jonathan, and Lee for loading our things and having fun while doing it! And Enrique for getting our vehicles there safely! And thank you to Leury for having such an amazing team and system!
