The night before the move they quoted me $1800 and I called and the lady said do not worry about that it's not right. we ended up getting charged over $2000 for the move AND we are missing boxes. They loaded the truck in 40 minutes and were done unloading at the new place within the next hour. All the furniture was wrapped well and they also brought some wardrobe boxes to use for my clothes. The whole process beforehand was super easy, too. The office was friendly and diligent and they let me know about all the extra costs that could come up during the move. I ended up buying my own tape and had some large plastic wrap, so there were no extra costs at the end. I would highly suggest you use these guys!!

The biggest issue I had was the guys who loaded our truck. They came over an hour late and then instead of wrapping our furniture, they just started tossing the stuff on to the truck unwrapped. The driver even had to tell them they needed to wrap it or he wasn't going to be able to leave. Then within 15 mins - they broke our credenza. We called the office right then and there and they tried to get the crew aligned a touch better. However there was no improvement. We got to our new home and all three TVs were busted dressed were scratched up couch ripped. Their response was - well we will look into it. I mean when the guys unloaded our stuff they took pictures so they wouldn't be blamed. So I guess the service was "fine" we just got a horrid crew in Atlanta to load our truck which is sad because they were the most important part.
