Beware!! I would not recommend this facility at all. We have multiple storage units and when I booked them they told me after 90 days that the "may" increase the rent but it would likely be minimal. As soon as that 90 days hit they DOUBLED the cost of 2 of our units and increased the other by $48 per month. It is disgusting. They know they have you because it is so much time and energy to move again. We have used storage in NYC and CT and they were much nicer facilities (indoors, climate controlled and lit) and I have never encountered this level of bad business. It's amazing that this is legal and that they stay in business. As soon as we have the time we will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

We visited as needed large rental starting May 1 for a year. The place was poorly run by Bruce and he had a new person to the facility staff named Christian show us available units that didn't know where they were located. He drove us around for approx 30 minutes looking for the unit for what should have taken 5 minutes to find the unit. The "climate controlled" unit he showed us was VERY cold. We know that because we subsequently visited and rented a "climate controlled" unit from Public Storage that was cleaner, better temp, better run and better priced. read more

Started off as a great place.. their staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Where they fall short is pricing. Signed our lease for a 5x5 unit at a $32/month rate and after the first couple months it DOUBLED!! I presume this is probably a tactic they use often because moving is a pain and people would rather fork over the extra money then go through the hassle of unloading their unit and then finding a new, cheaper alternative. We were notified that there was a possibility of rent increase after the first few months when first getting our unit but were told it's usually $10/$15.. that definitely wasn't the case. Lucky for me I dont mind packing my unit up and bringing it somewhere for affordable. I found a bigger unit for cheaper just a few miles down the road! read more

This facility is beyond clean and organized, unlike other storage units I've been at. Management is very polite and understanding of their customers needs, which is rare in the world today where everybody is about money first and customer service last. A special thank you to Jennifer at the facility for the ease of assisting with the moving in and explaining the best options that were available to me without being pushy.
