Because of how I was treated, I ended up returning some of the items I had just purchased. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I no longer felt comfortable giving them my business. I came in hoping to support a local, brick-and-mortar shop instead of just running to Amazon like we all so often do, but experiences like this make it hard to justify the effort. If stores want customers to care about shopping local, they need to care enough to hire people who actually want to be there and treat customers with basic respect.

I first contracted 2 units in September of 2014 and immediately had an issue as the advertised 'move in' truck was not available for my entire move time. This was rectified by a manager cancelling the 'admin' fees, to my satisfaction. Just a few days short of 6 months (March 2nd, 2015), my fees went from $109.65 to $121.05 and $186.83 to $206.10 respectively. Six fricking months! Access hours are reasonable but I've since noticed considerable dampness and leakage in the units also. I feel that if corporate is going to gut folks bi-annually at these rates, then perhaps they ought to spruce up the climate control and grant 24/7 access along with other cost saving incentives to obvious long-term clients who pay their bill in a timely fashion. Let's just see what occurs.
