My only problem was I haven't rented a storage unit in a long time come to find out there are a lot of fees that you don't find out until you get ready to pay You have an administration fee for the unit which includes a new lock with a new key chain for $25.00 you do get to keep the lock when you're done with the unit also on top of the rental fee each month you are charged $15.00 each month unless you have insurance to cover it. I went to rent an enclosed U-haul trailer here and scheduled it for 4pm. I mistakenly thought it…read morewas for 5pm so that is when I showed up. When I arrived I waited for the employee to get off the phone for a minute or two, and told her I was here to get my trailer. She said I was an hour late and that they had cancelled my reservation for a no call no show. She also told me that they don't rent u-haul trailers after 5pm. So even though there were probably 5 trailers in the parking lot, I had to go and re-rent from a different location and leave the next day. I think at the very least she could have called to verify that I wasn't coming? They had my phone number right there. I'd recommend going to a different location for your rental.

They said that they have a one month minimum so we paid for a full month, but a few days after we moved out of our unit they called to find out if we had left so that they could re-rent our unit. So they basically got paid double for the same unit and would not credit us when they re-rented our unit. Very shady business practices. Go someplace else.
