We told us to sit and it took a good while for her to do the application.. She then said we where approved and to show us which couches we wanted online.. She said she needed to make a call first to make sure it was in stock.. She hung up and said it wasn't in stock and there was no date when it would be again. I was so disappointed but there was another one online I liked so I said I'd take that one instead.. She calls . And not in stock no date when it would be. At this point I was starting to get upset. She said to look in the catalog for something else. So we found 3! Other sets we liked... She called and same thing! Not in stock no date but she quickly showed me a set that was 300 dollars more than the ones we were looking at and did not call to see if this was in stock.. I began to get upset and the manager came over and I said why would you post these couches and deals online when you don't even have the product or a date you'll get them.. They made u apply for credit FIRST and then told us they had nothing but tried pushing a expensive set on us! I felt I was mislead and scammed and when I said about applying for the credit and how that will affect my score because now I have to go somewhat else he said it's only one point! He was not apologetic said he was sorry I didn't feel like he was.. I got a call later that day and he was pushing the same expensive couch but with free shipping.. I really wouldn't ever come back to this store! And on that note I have purchased a futon from them 6 months prior to this for temp purposes it broke this week! I used to hate having to go to FedEx and USPS and stand in line for 30 to 45 minutes just to ship a package. I've yet to heve to wait more than 10 minutes at this location. Most of the time I just need to drop it off and I'm outdoor in a matter of a couple of minutes. A huge convenience and I don't have to go all the way to Pharr to ship FedEx. You can also get a U-Haul truck there. I haven't needed to get one yet, but knowing that I can get one there would save me so much time than going to another store to get one. Surprisingly, she can also make a copy of a key for you. Last time I needed a key, Walmart took 25 minutes just to get somebody to go over there to the department to make the key for me. The lady at 1 Stop Mailbox was able to make three house keys in under 5 minutes. All of them work perfectly well. Best part, their prices are the same as far as I can tell than going to FedEx or USPS. Having it located right off the expressway makes it really convenient for me to get there quickly. With their friendly and knowledgeable staff, I'm sure I'll be using them to ship my packages for many years to come. I highly recommend coming here if you need to ship DHL, FedEx, or USPS.

It used to have long lines and…read morethe self checkout options were getting packed too, defeating the purpose of a speedy buy and run. However, one thing has redeemed my now frequent visits. This is the SAMs Scan and Go app, available in your iPhone/Android devices. The only reason why I have a SAMs card is because I am a teacher. I sometimes need to buy things in bulk as incentives for my students. However, the items I buy are rarely more than 10 items combined, and I know specifically what I want and where to find it. It used to take me longer to wait in line at a register to pay and to put the items I needed in the cart. Along comes the Scan and Go app. With it, after you register your SAMs card and your debit card, you can scan the items that you want as you put them in the cart with your phone. The app will tally up your items total on the fly. When you are ready to leave SAMs, just click "Checkout," and you pay within the app. No need to make a line at the registers anymore. I just pay at whatever point of the store I happen to be, walk straight to the exit, then show my digital receipt to have it scanned (as is customary for these type of stores) and I'm on my way to the vehicle. I have done this 3 times now, and I turned what would normally be a 25 minute trip into a 7 minute trip. If more stores do something like this, shopping anywhere would be a more pleasant experience everywhere. I commend Sam's for being a trailblazer in the Scan and Pay department. Tip my hat to you.

The service that was once done by truck was now done with a worker and a small sprayer (I guess to avoid expenses). Most recently, I received threats from an employee trespassing on my property to remove termite traps. Also, do not give Fox Pest Control your credit card information. You will be billed even if they do not perform service. Buyer Beware!!!
