I booked a reservation at 430pm Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and shortly after I was being shown the grounds by a wonder man named Bob This facility is 81 units and they are all easily accessible. the units look brand new, no smell, we'll light and the price I was quoted is it NO adding fees or admin charges. also the cost for a 10x20 unit was basically the same as the competitors are charging for 10x10 unit on the fourth floor It's great value for my money and it was an easy transaction I would highly advise using this place for storage in the future Thanks

The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. On our first visit to the Malden U-Haul 420 eastern Ave branch, Monica looked up our information in the computer and explained the various pod options and time commitments along with specialty boxes for TVs and glassware which we ended up buying at a later visit. (By the way, her recommendation for sizing on that TV box was a perfect fit!). She also told us about the Free Used boxes that other customers had returned that helped save us money! If we had any last-minute changes, she assured us that if we needed a second box, that they would have another one set up next to our 1st box on moving day! This was very reassuring --- fortunately we were able to fully pack just one box. Andrew, the store manager, was also very friendly, and helpful. Every time he stopped by to check in on us during our various visits to make sure we were getting everything we needed. On another day, we were also helped by Shaheed, to get an upgrade from a van to a truck with a ramp, and we were glad we did! It cost a bit more, but we were able to load all the apartment boxes, Bike, computer stand, 2 chairs in one move and into one U-Box! The truck was very easy to use and had more than enough space for our needs. The moving blankets were great too for the pod and we fit more in the unit with our straps. Every staff person we met was always caring and helpful! My Son & I Highly recommend them for all your moving needs! Please feel free to share this with your upper management. Many Thanks R.
