Laritza, the young lady who helped me book my storage space was extremely accommodating ,knowledgeable and friendly. I like the fact that you can pull inside and it's heated, which will come in handy when it's cold and raining everything is clean they were even mopping while I was there and the building smells great. First, the center is always clean. I had a problem in my previous center with vermin. Not the case here! The equipment (hand trucks, ladders etc.,) is in good condition and readily accessible. But even more importantly, the staff are kind and knowledgeable. In particular, Kendra has been helpful and a consistent presence when I stop in to my unit.
