It's about a mile and a half walk away from our hotel. We decided to brave the heat and humidity. It's a small 3rd party mailing center located in a small strip mall and it has AC. Yes! Haha! The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.

We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. This was, by far, the most unprofessional moving company I've ever dealt with. Ironically, my…read moregirlfriend used this same company a year ago, and they did an excellent job. This time, it was the complete opposite. First, they canceled the original moving date because they had double-booked. While we understand mistakes happen, there was no apology or concern for the inconvenience. They rescheduled us for two days later. On the rescheduled day, they were supposed to arrive at 9:00 a.m. but didn't show up until around 1:00 p.m. During that time, they didn't answer phone calls or text messages when my girlfriend tried to find out if they were still coming. When they finally arrived, there was still no apology or explanation. Because they arrived so late, the move ended up taking place in the rain. They tracked mud and dirt throughout her brand-new townhome and said they didn't use shoe covers. Had they arrived at the scheduled time, the move likely would have been completed before the rain started. At one point, my girlfriend went upstairs to check on the movers because they had been up there for quite a while. She found them lying on the floor and on the furniture taking a break, and she noticed a very strong unpleasant odor in the room. Despite the delays, they still charged for an additional hour. Overall, the communication was terrible, there was little regard for our time, and the level of professionalism was extremely disappointing. We chose this company because of the excellent experience we had the year before, but this experience was completely different. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend this company.

By the time the THREE of us finished moving Charles had the audacity to tell me that WE went over by 11 minutes!!!!! and that they were charging my card $75.00 for the time we went over!! REALLY?? FIRST of all, the CONTRACT says 30 minutes or more increments, we didn't do that so WHY did you greedily believe that I needed to pay for the 11 minutes that we went over. AND you didn't even acknowledge the fact that I jumped in and helped you or it would have been 4-5 hours!! WORST MOVERS EVER!!
