When I went to empty out the unit, I found dirt all over every horizontal surface and water damage for items that rested on the floor. One item, a lovely entry table, molded and the wood swelled and began to rot. A rug had to go in the trash. The mattress has to be disposed of too. The storage management said there was nothing they could do for me since I didn't get the extra insurance. Their unit floods and rains dirt on my belongings and they don't seem to want to even try to make it right. Be warned! Choose another storage location.

Two days in I drove an engine bolt through my new drive tire the lot was a wrecking yard for 20 years I know of and they laid a few inches of crushed asphault over all the debris and as soon as I run it over it pops up I have buckets after a few months they started making up past due balance. So I canceled all my reoccurring rentals a few days later a new one was opened in my name my info but charged at a non standard amount the system u set it up on only charges for a month or week at 220 a month however the one they set up was to reoccur at 600 for one space so I told them I was leaving when I return if in fact anything is owed i will settle up as soon as I returned and a day later my stuff was towed and lastly when I went to pick up my vehicle it was at a rush auto dealer ship around the corner not even a tow yard it was hidden by other vehicles I will also add i was paid up until 1 31 25 so park at your own risk.
