As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

They charged me for the full month after I moved out which was $150 for a 5x10 unit. No one at the facility answers the phone and you always get voicemail. When I called corporate customer service to discuss an adjustment to the last bill they said there was nothing they could do because I had moved out and my account was closed. 28th Ave and Greenway-Public Storage does not offer the $1 first month rent on every room in the…read morebuilding as advertised. It's only certain rooms. And you can only use it on one room. Not multiple. They increase the rent $40-$60 in 6 months and every 6 months after. There is no discount for multiple rooms. They say they intend to keep the rates as high as other storage companies, however they do not offer the same service the other companies offer. The upstairs has no climate control although they claim it does. They will not credit you for not having air upstairs. It's almost 100 degrees up there since March 2026 and it's almost June. They have not bothered to fix it. Take wet cooling towels if you intend to be up there more than 20 minutes. It's unbearable. There are no lights over the rooms. Only ceiling lights for the main building. So it's hard to see in your room. The elevator has been out of service already on this new building. Their is a terrible odor upstairs from some kind of back up they had. The restrooms are always dirty with no paper products a lot of the time. When you inform the employee they state " I was just getting to it". The next day nothing has been done. They can't keep employees so it's always a new person. Sometimes it's no one at all because they can't get anyone to work there. For the good news the building is new. It has garage doors and you can drive into the building. The remote from your phone is very time consuming as the program is poorly written that controls the doors. You can spend a lot of time trying to get in and out of the property. The people at the desk are friendly. Maybe short term renters have a better experience. I'm long term. No consideration is given on pricing for long term renters.

They won't try to sell you if you're not the right fit. I'd say 2 Men is ideal (and affordable) for a standard local move. Wish mine wasn't a challenging one but it is. I will have to spend a lot more $ to hire a sophisticated service provider. But I give a thumbs up to these guys!
