ZippGo rents you a certain amount of boxes based on how many rooms/square feet you are moving, and they deliver the boxes to your address, you use them for a move, and they pick them up at the new address. It was easy to schedule and make sure the drop off and pickup worked at an appropriate time. The boxes themselves are sturdy plastic, and the top interlocks so you don't need any packing tape. The boxes fit on top of each other which makes them easy to stack and move. You can also pick box inserts that are designed for plates and glassware which made it so easy to move these items. I would recommend ZippGo in a heartbeat- it made our move faster, easier, and more eco friendly too!

In a time where customer service seems to be dead and buried, I was incredibly impressed that he spent over a half hour on the phone with me to go over what I had written, and had already implemented new policies and procedures, with immediate re-training for his staff.
