I like this storage unit, but I don't like the constant price increases. I had to move units 4 times within the same facility since they offer better pricing of more than 50% my current amount for new leases and jack up the price on those who have been there a while and pay their rent on time. It's like they punish good customers by charging them more. They clearly don't care about those of us that have been there for years. I will rent elsewhere going forward. You're good if you are planning to rent for a few months but if you're looking for long term get ready to pay more than double of what you are paying when you move within 6 months of leasing. read more

More than 1 employee at this location went above and beyond for me. They are a pleasure to do business with and could have not made my storage unit renting experience any better. They are professional, courteous and efficient. The process was painless unlike other facilities I have used in the past. The only thing I would like at this facility would be 24/7 gate access, but that's for brownie points as many facilities do not offer this. read more
