Constant harassment. I ended up going to extra space because I said I would move in June 4th since I'm about to give birth I had to wait for the movers and they just keep harassing me. Then they call me and say since I just got pregnant no I didn't JUST get pregnant I'm due any day now. I didn't want to write this but after getting called 100000000 times and it's past June 4th like get the HINT plus when I clearly spoke to someone due to the harassment I wasn't going anymore. I've had my storage for over 5yrs at this location! They are all very helpful and always try to accommodate requests. Whether I need help with lost keys, payment issues or just having a restroom available! I would always recommend them! Shout out to Bernadette, Chris and another guy! Rented a parking spot here and after realizing it wouldn't work out for me due to their inconvenient hours of access (I never even parked my car here or stepped past the gates even once) I decided to cancel mid March, the employee I spoke with on the phone confirmed my move out day at the end of March and I'll just pay for the month, cool works for me. However, they must have failed to do their job properly because I was billed for the following month. I asked to speak to management and when I spoke with Jessica whom I presume is managing the business she claims there's no record of me having ever confirmed a move out date and that my refund request is declined. You would think they'd be understanding due to the fact that I didn't drive my car past the gates even once. This place is trash avoid at all costs unless you want to keep getting billed after you leave. Seems shady. Will update here if they bill me for next month too! read more

Two events just made this impossible for me. The first was on March 12th, 2024. I was headed out of town and stopped by storage at 10am. I was carrying items back and forth to my car and the door lock stopped working. Another tenant tried to help but could not, and remarked this is a "chronic problem for people." No one was in the office. Called, waited, looked for someone, and no one. After 45 minutes and being late to leave, someone finally shows up and does not try to take any responsibility, but rather tries to teach me how to bootleg the door. I travel and forget this headache. I come back and find these hours of 6-5 are not conducive for business. I need longer access hours. Easter 2024 comes and I arrive at storage at 4:40 pm to grab something from my storage, but two cars are blocking the whole drive so I cannot get in. They are blocking the drive because no one is in the office to help them get in. It is before clsoing but clearly the office people are not even there. There is nothing indicating they are closed on Easter. In fact, they are not. But, whoever was working that day decided they weren't working. I finally get in around 4:45-4:48. The other issue is your phone will not get reception in storage. I try to estimate my time, but end up getting out at 5:04 pm. No worries I will just go out the gate. No, actually I won't. They take the gate offline and then no one can get out. You are stuck. And, there is no one to call, let you out, or anything. Three phone numbers and no one answers. The police try to help, but also have trouble because there is no one to reach. Finally, the police get me free after 2.5 hours of being trapped inside. The next day I get a called and instead of any accountability, recovery or responsiveness the person on the phone says "we encourage tenants to get out an hour before closing." So, your already restrictive hours are more restrictive, And, God forbid you lick your keys inside, have an accident or just leave a couple minutes late you will be trapped wihtout response, without apology or customer care. Having to find something that is more conducive for access and care. Found a place notfar away that is cheaper and better and longer hours and more responsible workers. read more

My unit was broken into, their security camera system is very poor quality. Due to their lack of quality in cameras and No cameras inside the corridors/hallways, the sheriffs were not able to identify anyone taking my DJ equipment. My unit was broken into!! They have NO security and there have been multiple break ins. Robbers usually go around 6 or 7am and follow someone inside and try to break in. They took so many of my things that can never be replaced. Never again, take your business elsewhere. read more

If i can give 0 stars I would've. As a warning do not come to this storage facility!! First of all they overcharge and second half the time I was locked out of my storage because the door was broken to the building and it's still broken...then when you vacate the premises and have all your stuff out they're still trying to charge you! We were told by the worker we had til the 10th to be out and wouldn't be charged...we were out before then and they still tried charging us. Also the people who hang around outside of the storage facility look a little shady/homeless...I've seen them drinking beer waiting for someone to open the gate so they can enter and I've seen people sleeping in their storage facility. So Do Not Come Here! Take your business elsewhere you're better off! read more

He was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable with the decision of using this facility to store our household items. Definitely recommend it, also feels very safe and clean. read more

The staff at the front office worked with my husband and I on ALL our needs. Although the specific outside location was not available at the moment, the front office made everything possible to accommodate us on an 'easy to use' space for our storage. They explained the charges perfectly. Since I found a key for the lock I had at home from a different time I used them, they refunded me back the amount for the lock they originally charged. I forgot the name of the girl helping us which did an EXCELLENT service but she was working on March 28 at 2pm. The manager, Brenda, was there helping us too and was very welcoming. We found another storage for $20 less however, I wouldn't pay less and sacrifice the kind of excellent service I was given at this location. Great job ladies! read more

As an update to the burglary review. Do not rent at a public storage location. If your unit is broken into, you will get an unfair and low ball estimate from their insurance company. Talk about being robbed again! Slap in the face for people taking time off work to sort out the mess, then being screwed for not keeping "documentation" of their belongings. Public storage should be upgrading security measures and protecting its members. Your better off getting a shed someplace. Poor customer service and satisfaction with the insurance company!! They have a "too bad" mentality. Public storage might increase their security if they had to pay for all of the belongings stolen. As long as they get their $$$ every month, they do not care. read more

I am very upset with the kind of service they provide. I told the manager, Katherine, that the roll up door of my unit keeps falling so she asked me for my unit number. After checking my account she told me that I have two options, switch to another unit or wait for a month to get it fix. I decided to switch to another unit so she showed me two of them. After I choose one she told me that I can move my furniture to the new unit while she was attending another customer. When I got back to the office to finalize the switch she told me that I cannot do it because I will need to pay the unit first. I told her that I had until the 10th to pay and that the door already fell on one person's head and she replied that I have to pay or return all the furniture back into the old unit. I told her that I will pay until the 9th or 10th as the contract says. She looked at me and said " Return the furniture into the old unit, I did not want you to have that new unit anyways". When I was about to leave the premises I noticed that she block my code to exit, so I used another code. Why didn't she mention about payment before telling me to move the furniture when she looked at my account first? I still have the unit with the broken door while I look for another place. If that door falls on my head or someone else's head I will make sure the manager Katherine and Public Storage are responsible since they will not give me a safe unit. I definitely do not recommend this place. LOOK FOR ANOTHER SAFE PLACE! read more
