First of all, I don't know how this place has been in business since the 80's, the way they decieve people. I was quoted one price online and on the phone, but when I got there they wanted to add an extra $9 per month for "mandatory" insurance. First they lied about the price, then they lied by saying the insurance is legally mandated. BS. The next place I went to had no "administrative" fees, no "mandated" insurance, and they charged less for a bigger unit. PLUS, I was told they would refund my deposit since they lied about the cost and that hasn't happened yet. Go someplace else where at least they're up front with you. Really bad way to do business. Very helpful with friendly service!! Plus they stay open later than most storages, which is a plus if you work later than 6pm!!

Their move in process is great. It's fast, easy and very convenient. They are very professional and courteous. The hours work fine for me. My only objection is having the flags waving outside that say: One month free, but it's not offered except when they have numerous units of the same size available. So it's only offered when it's convenient for them, not to just new customers. The site itself is great, but the corporation is another matter. read more

I moved my 4 bedroom house into storage while I downsized to save money to buy a house. I made certain I do not have any food or liquids in my unit and went faithfully every month if not twice a month to check on my belongings. I just went this weekend and found rats have destroyed my camping supplies, swimming pool, trampoline, clothing, mattresses, bedding linens, irreplaceable baby pictures. Everything I own is soaked in rat urine and feces. Rat urine and feces can carry a dangerous disease. I just called and notified management about the situation and Nichole (Property manager) said that there is nothing they can do. All they can do is give me some boxes and tape and I can rebox my belongings up. I have insurance but she stated they do not cover rodent or animal issues. This space is contaminated it is a health risk. read more

Wow. Started out good. Clean space, and very open hours of access. Then.... Rates were raised progressively through the rental. Discovered homeless around the location abound, living on site, hanging around. Some harmless, some scary. Person taking care of ending our rental said they were sick of having them urinate everywhere. The comment was interesting as the manager had told us just a couple of months earlier, when we complained about a pool of pee next to our locker, that there was not a problem. Front gate was broken down, and removed for days (weeks?), so anyone could stroll through the property. Came one time and SRPD was there cuffing up one of the folks that hang around. Cancelled the locker. Should have gotten a prorated month. They then charged us for a new month 10 days later. Took weeks to get a snail mailed check from corporate office. They only covered the extra charged month, and did not deal with the prorated month. Apparently the first person at the location never submitted the cancellation. read more

I have rented many storage units and the customer service here is the best I have foundin the business. We were helped to find the best size for our needs and given a tour of the grounds bathroom, carts, parking etc. Friendly and helpful is how I describe it. I was with this facility for over 2 years. Yes, the rent does go up, but the people that work there are some of the most helpful people I've had the pleasure of being associated with. I don't know if she still works there, but I want to give a shout out to Nicole. She put up with me a few times (like leaving my keys in SoCal) and was always patient with me and even willing to stay overtime to help me resolve whatever was happening. I don't know who does the hiring here, but I'm glad they hire the people they do because they truly care about helping you and trying to make things are easy as possible.
