The owner personally came to my home, inspected the area I wished to drop my box and where Pods had refused to drop, and the next day his driver came to my warehouse to drop off an empty container, waited while we loaded it which we had completed in under 30 minutes and then took my To Go Box to my home address where it sits now happily in my 75 foot long 1949 drive way by my garage:) The Driver could not have been more gracious, helpful and courteous. Just the day before the Pods driver had been disrespectful; pompous and uncooperative and thus I canceled service with them (they lost a 7 month service contract) and now happy as can be with To Go Box!:) There are many choices via these mobile storage boxes, as is I have tried three; Pack Rat tried to add on unmentioned delivery fees not listed on their website thus I canceled that; Pods practically impossible to communicate with by phone unless you want to wait 40+ minutes and then luck of the draw if the driver is professional and courteous or not and then lastly of the three To Go Box whom I love and will happily use until my work is done:) I cannot say enough positive things about this business and it's people.

In a panic, I called the 30961 Agoura Rd, Westlake Village office. She said I had to show up in person to change the date and that she was leaving in 20 min. I live 1 hr away. She said I could go to any Public Storage facility with an open office. I went to the Public Storage at 6467 Foothill Blvd, Tujunga, CA 92042. I was super stressed out and panicked, and explained my situation to RAFAEL, WHO WAS SOOOO WONDERFUL. He calmly smiled, and reassured me that the move-in date could be adjusted. Within minutes, my potentially disastrous situation was resolved. I really appreciate how RAFAEL very efficiently (a few minutes !) solved my dilemma with such a CALM, REASSURING, AND PROFESSIONAL manner!

Over a great many years in three states, I've had to use storage facilities. All were fine enough…read morebut not very personable. All that changed when I went to Extra Storage in Burbank. Located conveniently off the 5 freeway, it turned out to be a storage facility that has a staff that actually cares about their customers. Yolanda is the site manager and this intelligent and kind person made sure my storage needs were met. Even when I was just looking the place over, she never tried the "hard sell" approach. Her warmth and willingness to work with me made the decision to locate here the easiest one I've ever made. Ben is the Assistant Mgr who is always on his feet, constantly in work mode. Each time I arrive, he greets me by name. How does he remember my name? Anyway, he is so proficient at his job, always checking to make sure everything is functional and up to par. Amjad is also a site manager and this gentlemen is always walking inside and out, greets me as he passes by my storage locker and makes sure I have everything I need. What a trio of competent people. This facility has giant garbage bins (a first for me as I've never seen a storage place that has any for customer use) and a clean washroom for customers. I wish I knew about this location sooner. Take my word for it, Extra Storage in Burbank has a great location, indoor and outdoor storage lockers and a staff that likes their customers. They are competitive price wise and is a very secure site. I'm so happy to have my personal belongings there and you will too.
