By the way - they rent this unit again (#90 unit) using the same promotion: $1 for the first month ($39 usual price plus $12 insuarance). After that they raise prices (by 50%) after 3 and 6 months (I talked to a manager). So dont be traped in this "tasty" price - it will not last for long.

Both on the phone and in-person he was very courteous, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Today, in person we both followed COVID-19 protocol with social distancing and wearing masks. I was pleased to see that Public Storage and their employees were abiding by the protocols. I was able to look at several storage units on site. The entire storage lot and the office was very clean and well kept. The unit prices and employees friendliness definitely made it a no brainer to select Public Storage. No one is ever there to unlock the bathrooms or to even talk to about issues. I have left several messages with no returned call. When we moved our items in 4 months ago we were told the dock roll up door would be fixed...it still is not. Only picked this place for the online rental rate deal. I just got an email saying our rate was increasing although the online rates for new renters are $20 cheaper than what we initially rented at. This place is a scam, do not waste your time. It's worth the extra money to rent at the good old fashioned outdoor units that actually have an employee visibility inside and you can drive right up to your door. This place is a confusing maze inside especially when the doors don't operate, your pin isn't working and you have to walk a mile with all your stuff, use the elevator and down into the basement just to exit this place. Unreal! The inside manager hides deep in an office and there are sketchy people nearly living out of their units. The onsite person working is amazing when you call to rent a place, after that.....crickets! Go somewhere else!! I had called a few months ago to see what could be done about my rate going up to $120 a month and the lady that I talked to gave me some discounts to bring it down to $85.85 for the month of June, 2025.
