I'd like to specifically acknowledge Ladrika for her great service, friendly demeanor, she has been able to guide me through all task I've needed done which can be a bit confusing for me all while multitasking to get others helped and out quickly. I've been to this location several times and most times other workings have been there as well but this morning she handled a line full of people alone like a rockstar, even a man that came in with a chip on his shoulder and acting entitled. She kept calm, collective and still killed him kindness after being talked to in a not so great tone and so forth. The service that she's given me on multiple trips here has been impeccable. Atrocious customer service. I came in and was the only customer in the store. There were 3 employees with obviously nothing to do. So, I was surprised when I approached the counter and they told me to use the self scanner. In the past there were other employees who gracefully just did their job and help the customer. I let them know I wasn't interested in the self scanner and if they could just assist but no, they refused. Then when I told them this is rude behavior I was met with such animosity, especially from Jade. I was shocked at her nasty, condescending and disrespectful manner towards me. The audacity the arrogance, wow. When I was in their shoes I wouldn't have ever talked to an adult that way. Afterwards I reached out to this store's management directly at the 6000ups store email but I never received a response. I suppose that shouldn't be a surprise because after all, their behavior is a result of poor management! I've moved on to the "pack n ship" or the USPS auth dealer by Home Depot for all my needs and will never give this dumb place my business again. read more

Although I have been very happy with this place, I was surprised when I took in a small flat rate USPS box and was told they do not offer flat rate postage for these types of boxes. It's a UPS store so I get it, and they said it would only be a little more expensive to ship so I asked how much. They measured it and advised it would be $17.80 to ship it ground. I said no thanks and took it to a USPS shipper and mailed it for $8.00. I'll continue to use them for my special shipping needs, but for regular small stuff that I can fit into a flat rate USPS box I'll travel a few miles out of my way to save ten bucks? read more

I went to do a return to Nike & for some reason I could not get my QR code wouldn't come up on my phone after trying to follow the instructions, there was a young man working & he offered to print out the code for me , unfortunately your printer couldn't print it but the young man was so kind & helpful, he proceeded to go step by step with me to try and bring it up and he was so patience with me , although we couldn't get it to come up , I appreciated his patience and kindness in trying to help me & told me when I get home & it comes up to screen shot it and bring that in . Your employees are always friendly and polite when I go in but this day he went well beyond , great customer service. I came in to get fingerprinting done which I've done once before at a UPS store so I have a general idea of how it works, but apparently the employees didn't. They kept claiming they didn't have the kiosk even though it was in the corner with a label that it was indeed the fingerprinting kiosk. Then the employees told me they don't electronically send the fingerprints and I would have to send them myself. Also not true, I have codes that I enter that follow a process which includes my fingerprints being sent off digitally. Then another employee insisted they didn't do fingerprinting on the weekends at all. If that's true, then how could I make an appointment for it? Overall the employees seemed completely clueless about the process and I think their management could do a better job of informing them on their procedures. Now I have to go to another location and hope that they have a little more common sense. read more

The UPS Store is a great place for all of your copying and mailing needs. I visited this location today so that I could get a paper copy of a document that was emailed to me. Email documents can be forwarded to this store for easy printing - the fee is $2. They can also scan documents and email them back to you - the fee for this service is $6. This is great, as I don't have a printer or scanner! The staff is very friendly, and super-helpful as well. I highly recommend stopping by the UPS Store if you need something copied, scanned, or mailed - they can do all this, and much, much more! read more

I can't tell you how many times we go into this UPS and they are not pleasant and seems to be run by disgruntled workers. Just change management and sell your franchise to someone who actually cares. If you are trying to track a item, DON'T try calling in to UPS. Their answering machine does not understand english wife and I tried over 15 times to give our tracking number and machine never got it right. And forget about talking to a living person, as you have to have a tracking number. read more

Closed on Sunday. had a box to pick up. A notice was taped to my gate, so not sure when it was delivered (they did not ring my ring), so I had no notice of the delivery. The notice with the address of this ups store was left. No other communication was checked. Expected it to be delivered the next day, it was not. When I check with Siri, I ask for the closest UPS store. It showed open, So we went to the addressed on notice and they were closed. The address we went to was a different store that the nearest one listed on gps.. A disappointing delivery process. read more

I've been dropping off my packages here for years l. When I came in today the very large women at the front was extremely rude. She told me I had way to many packages to drop of and that I was going to have to go to the post office. Everything was already tagged and packaged all she had to do was grab them and put them in the back. I don't understand what is so hard about that. If you aren't capable of doing one simple task like that go home and continue being a lazy couch potato.Just another establishment that doesn't care about there customers and that hires employees who are lazy and do a half az job. Another change in ownership (around August, I've heard). The older woman will not even acknowledge your presence (at least that is my experience) and it is painful to watch the young "trainee" trying so hard and who is (I think) aware the older woman is right behind her listening to every word (there is another younger woman there who seems to run/stay in the back area every chance she gets). Also, don't plan on them having an old cardboard box you can use for mailing. The old boxes are "already in the back" and they have a display of new boxes you can buy--of course there were no prices on them and the "trainee" (so said her badge) didn't know how much they were and--as usual--the older woman wouldn't turn around and face me to answer my question. I doubt customer retention is their top concern so I'm sure they won't mind this former customer's departure. I'd rather drive a little farther to the store in Queen Creek. read more

My wife in the process of mailing a package in the store, when she had a medical emergency and was transported to the er by ambulance. The store owner went out of her to get ahold of me by phone to let me know about what happened to and which hospital she was going to. When I return later that day to mail the package. The store owner did not charge me for the packaging only the mailing cost and even asked me how my wife was doing. Super customer service. read more

If I could give this store zero I would, I sent a package on September 9, 2020. When I returned from out of town, I used the tracking number to locate the package and found out the package was damaged and thrown away. I was never notified that this had occurred and when I called the local UPS store was notified it was not insured because I packed it my self. I sent fragile items so I packed each jar in a bagging that has air filled sacs surrounding the jars. The paper they gave me had no notification that they had to pack it in order for it to be insured. When I notified UPS they informed me this was a franchise and could do what ever they chose. Do not use this UPS in my opinion they are not reliable and have very poor customer service. read more

This review is about a specific employee. She has super dramatic eyeliner and the potty mouth of a sailor. I was only in there for 5 minutes and she was talking about customers before they even left the store. I went into this store yesterday (April 10, 2020)...the girl was EXTREMELY rude. Once I asked for a specific service she started pulling open drawers and rudely throwing stuff out of the way in the drawers (to show how annoyed she was that she had to send my package through the certified mail request). Between her actions and short/rude tone she made it very clear that she was beyond annoyed. I wanted to tell her how sorry I was to use their services for mailing my package particularly in a time when a lot of businesses don't have the luxury of having any customers. She however was not worth my time. Instead I will no longer be using this store for business. I run a company and shipping is a big need for us. I have tried out this store a few times because I like to build a relationship with my shipping vendor. This will not be a store that is ever used by us again. read more

I've been to this location numerous times and always get excellent service. This Friday, they went beyond excellent! Had a TON of presents that I took in to be shipped. We figured two big boxes. I paid and left. They called a bit later abs told me they were able to strategically place the presents so that they all fit into one box abs that I was owed a refund. They could have used the two boxes but they helped a customer save a large chunk of change by using the one. SO much appreciated this time of year! read more

Awful trying to get a finger print card. I went into the store several times to talk to someone on how I do it. They couldn't help me, they were totally clueless. I'm not sure why they offer the service if they don't have a clue on how the individual is supposed to pay ect. Going to another place I guessm. I waisted time and energy. Joyce (owner) is always super helpful with whatever! I rent a box there & theres been a few times Ive forgotten my card & she will just bill me & stick it in my box. They're also very good about letting me know what mail I have when I call, or getting u the best shipping price whether it be USPS, UPS.. etc And as the other review said, they usually stay a little late & will help you out however they can! I showed up and they had three customers not including me that they were working with but somehow the notary, I didn't catch his name, came out notarized my paperwork only charged me $4 and had me on my way in less than four minutes of arriving. I ship packages overnight to New Mexico several times a week through this office. One time when I was running a little late, I called the store to let them know I was on my way. Tim realized what time it was and when I got there he had the labels and envelopes ready to go. My package was sent on time thanks to his quick thinking. The employees here are great. I needed to get a shipment out and did not realize they close at 6pm. I called and let them know I was on my way and would be a couple minutes later than close. They accepted my shipment after they were closed (already paid for the label, just a drop off). I have been going here since we moved out here but the service in this transaction was phenomenal. The staff was very personable with not only myself but all the people who came into the store. The young lady who came in after me was there to pick up a fedex she had accidentally dropped off there. The staff had called her so she could pick it up and even informed her that they had taped a spot closed that had been coming open. Great customer service! If you want over $320 worth of products shipped to the correct address, DON'T HAVE IT DONE HERE. I handed a CLEARLY PRINTED post-it to Eric with the correct address of the destination I'd like my package shipped to, didn't receive detailed receipt or correct tracking number for my package, AND it was shipped to the wrong address. I have called this location and spoken with him SEVERAL times in regards to them shipping my extremely expensive package to the wrong address, and he did absolutely nothing to help, nor would he take accountability for his error. I asked for a call from his manager, which I also DID NOT RECEIVE. Not only did I lose out on $320+, I had to ship a second package worth the same amount at a different UPS location, so now I'm out over $640. The unprofessionalism of this place is honestly mind-blowing. I will be taking this up with UPS corporate offices and an attorney. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION -- YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! read more
