They provide carts for you to use, the temperature is always reasonable on the floor where my unit is, the hallways are clean, and the couple of times I've used the restroom, it was functional for the purpose it is intended. The prices are reasonable, it's easy to access. I'm grateful for the service I've received, and I'll keep storing my stuff here until I move into a place big enough to put everything in my house. They truly lived up to the name of the company - they were very efficient - and they paid great attention to detail.
