The door shuts behind you and there is absolutely no light! This is a massive saftey issue! I can't believe they let her go in there on her own to show units. You have to walk further down,...in the darkness before a motion light comes on! And that's not the only part that not light. No way would I rent there. I'm sure this is against employee rights too. NOT SAFE!

They didn't do much talking -- just got right down to wrapping items and putting them in the truck. They followed me to the first stop to drop off one item, and then to the second floor storage unit. And was very patient with me and all my changes!!! Out of all the movers I called for quotes, he was the only one that followed up with me. I will definitely call him for my next move! Very frustrating when you move long distance and need to coordinate a move in. I choose Roadway because I knew they had a branch both in Miami and NY thinking if something changes last minute I can always put my stuff in their storage.
