The prices are a bit much but the same from store to store and I have even tried the nearby FedEx Kinkos and they have similar results - although I end up waiting longer there. Yesterday John took my package gave me a receipt and I was out in under 5 minutes. I will say often its just timing, as I was heading to the car three others were arriving with several packages. Excellent first time storage experience! We walked in to the office lobby, got a tour of the…read moreunits, then obtained our storage space, all within an hour! Great customer service & employees, super clean new state of the art facility, and easy access to our unit. They even supply dolly carts to transport your stuff to your unit, and they have free coffee (and chocolate chip cookies for the kids) in the main lobby! Lastly, I love the fact that you do NOT have to sign a long term contract with them, as many people only need these units for a few months or so.
