I don't have to worry about using a flashlight inside my unit to see where I am. Instead, there is general light provided by the facility that helps me be more efficient with my time while feeling super safe. Also, the management team is incredibly kind and understanding. Our final invoice was triple the amount of our original quote. Through no fault of our own - nothing changed on our end from what the move involved; no items were added. Owner offered to move the date up to avoid bad weather, which was appreciated. However, our initial estimate was for 3 hours with a crew of 5. Instead the move consisted of half the crew, and it took about 14 hours across 2 days. My husband had to essentially join the crew just to get through the move. It feels as if a much lower quote was given to secure the job, and we can't help but feel swindled. It's unfortunate because we were hoping to go with the same company for our final move in 6 months, and now that is absolutely not an option. I can understand an estimate being off by a few hours or a few hundred dollars, but for the cost to triple is unacceptable. The move itself was decent enough, just expect it to take 3 times as long, and cost 3 times as much as your initial quote.

The other Frank was on time for our given appointment window, very thorough, took pictures and reassured us that again, this was no problem at all and they have seen worse. He told me we'd receive an estimate by email later today, and it was in my inbox within an hour of leaving our appointment. We asked if they had availability this week and they were able to accommodate our request for a day we were able to come back into the area since we aren't local. The night before the clean out Frank called me to confirm and they were on time the morning of the clean out as well. Their communication was top notch through the entire process. We let the team know that the only thing we wanted them to save for us was coins if they found them. They called us about halfway through the job so they could give us a box they found. The honesty was truly appreciated as we never would have know if they didn't call. Our kids have a coin collection so they were beyond excited to sort the coins the team found.
