We had a group of 11 that consisted of 3 families with 5 kids ranging from ages 4 to 12. (1) Beware of RAUL, tour guide (pic enclosed). After checking in and stopping by the merchandise store, we were taken to our assigned group to meet the tour guide and get an overview of the activities. This was a new experience for half the group and it felt very rushed. RAUL started talking even before we sat down. When 3 of our group members asked him a question, he just looked at each of us, then turned his head and completely ignored us. At the end when he asked if everyone was ready, my friend said no and his response was "I already answered it." Every response was "I already answered it." RAUL was extremely rude, impatient, condescending and just thinks he's too good to answer any of our questions. If you have a family with children, be cautious of Raul. Raul should not be a tour guide, it was the worst customer experience. He was wearing an Extreme Adventure uniform and is a poor representation of the company and started us off with a poor experience. (2) Humberto, new tour guide was amazing, friendly and attentive. (3) Zipling - There were 3 ziplines with small obstacles in between. Ziplines were short but fun. (4) ATVs and buggies (for the younger kids) were enjoyable even though it went in two repetitive loops. (5) Tequila tasting was cool and you get to sample 6 different tequilas. There's an option to purchase it. (7) The cenote was beautiful and our group had fun jumping straight in or via a zipline. It was a 20-25 min experience. (8) The Mayan fire performance was a neat cultural experience and you get to take photos with the performers for free. (9) The fish and pork tacos were included in the package. The tacos, fries and guacamole with chips were tasty. (10) 0 stars for RAUL and 4.5 stars for the rest of the staff. Overall experience was 4 stars.

Two separate outings with extreme adventure... Both great. Zipline, cenote, ATV & lunch were great. The photographer was excellent. Two days later we did the snorkeling and lunch @Borinquete (which I highly enjoyed). All In all very impressed with the pricing, communication, transportation and value. We'll be back.

Overall, this was a good experience. It was pretty organized and we got to do 4 different things in one tour. Our tour guide Matt was fun and energetic. He even jumped into the cenote to save somebody who was struggling in the water. I will say- these excursions didn't blow my mind or anything, but it definitely was good enough to give us something to do outside of our hotel for the morning. It was also a pretty affordable price for doing 4 different activities. Again, nothing blew my mind or knocked it out of the park for me, but it was still fun to experience and bring friends who had never been to Mexico before. I would probably choose xplor next time.

Came here for an super combo excursion that I purchased off Expedia. We chose to meet at the super aki & the transportation was right in front when we arrived. We were hungry so we opted to grab tacos from the cart that was right in front. The driver was rushing us although we were still waiting on other passengers. We started off with snorkeling which was a very disorganized process and too drawn out. The waiting area gets filled with water from the showers. There's not enough seats for everyone who has to wait in the scorching area. The skinny man with the gauges in his ears & shaved sides was a great tour guide through the process There were way too many people for the amount of supervision although they did their best. A ground little girls started crying multiple times so they had to tend to them. We also didn't see much while snorkeling besides some coral reef and sting ray. Getting on and off the boat is also hell We had O as our tour guide for the remainder of the excursions and he was amazing, right along with "papi chulo" who took our pictures. The zip lining was okay, wasn't enough for me, but the people I was with are scared of heights so it worked. I will say you come towards the awaiting workers at full speed so be careful. I saw a man knock one of the workers head straight into a tree and she was out of it for quite a while. The atvs need serious upgrades because a lot of us had to switch vehicles because they weren't working. Or they wouldn't accelerate. There were way too many people in the group so we had to keep stopping and waiting for the less experienced drivers. The cenote was beautiful but very cold. They don't want you wearing sunblock because it damages the natural habitat. The choice of tacos were chicken, fish or veggie I believe. You get 3 and could not mix and match. To me all of the tacos were not good but the chicken was edible. Of course not cheese nor sour cream available I would do one of these tours again. But definitely not this one

This was such a good deal for the price. A van picked my group of 5 up from our hotel and we drove maybe 30-40 minutes to the event site. Once there we checked in and were grouped with a few more people for the activities. We started with the swim in the cenote. I can't swim but I was able to put on a life jacket and splash around in the water as well as venture out into the middle of the water on some ropes strung across the cenote opening. It was beautiful there. The other group members either zip lined into the water or dove off a cliff into the water. So much fun. Next, we did the zip line course. I've done more extensive courses before but this was decent for what we paid for. After that we hit the ATVs. This was my first time driving one and I was not good at it. After getting one ATV stuck in the mud and running another into some bushes, I ended up riding behind a guide which worked out a lot better for me. He was an excellent ATV driver and I had a great time ripping through the mud with him! Finally, we sat to eat the provided lunch, which was 2 tasty tacos. Our driver collected us and we had a nice quiet ride back to our hotel. A few tips: -The mosquitoes are BAD there. I'd suggest spraying down with 100% deet before going here and bringing the deet with you as it will come off in the cenote. I had on basic bug repellent and was more or less eaten alive -For the ATV rides, wear shoes you don't care for or get some swim shoes or water repellent shoes. That mud was serious and red and got all over my decent sneakers. There's a place to rinse them off, but nothing other than being washed in a washing machine will really get them clean. I also suggest bringing a change of shoes, just in case. -Get the photo package. You can only bring your phone, or any personal items, to the cenote. Otherwise for zip lining and ATVs, no one can take their own pictures. Luckily, for the 5 of us, the pictures turned out to be about $20 each. -The tacos, while tasty, aren't a filling lunch. Bring snacks or eat a full breakfast before heading to this site. Overall, great experience and the staff were all great! Just cheerful, happy folks and who wouldn't be, zip lining and riding ATVs all day.

Flash was the best tour guide! A total sweetheart and so fun and happy. Our group of 15 enjoyed his company a lot and he made it such a great experience! Highly recommend him. We did the cenote tour.. make sure you bring your swim shoes or you'll end up paying $29 for swim shoes like us! The cenotes were beautiful and the price was very reasonable for all that was included.

Absolutely LOVED this place . very organized, affordable, and FUN! We did the ziplining, ATV, and Cenote package. It came with Mayan tacos, live Mayan band, and a "tasty" sipping surprise. Our guide, Mary, was the absolute BEST! She is friendly, fun, and encouraging. She deserves BIG tip$ because she was awesome! Worried about Covid? They issued everyone a mask, provided hand sanitizer upon van pick up and before/after each adventure. I felt safe as I could with this company. Thanks!

I think this is a great adventure for families however the zipline And atv were a little weak. For the atv you literally just follow the leader and that person determines the pace depending on the skill of the other riders. The zip lining was a little boring but they did take cute pictures. The cenote was by far my favorite part. I wish they spent more time at the cenote and less time on the zip line and the atv. One the most negative things of the whole experience is the pick up and drop off. It took us 2 hours to get to the place because the bus that picks you up is also picking up 7 other parties so depending on what order you are picked up in it can take 20 min to 2 hours. We unfortunately were the first to be picked up and the last to be dropped off. Our drivers car also broke down on the way home and we had to get a taxi the rest of the way back.

The tour itself is lovely but beware! They promise all Sorts of stuff to get you to sign up. We were promised last pick up/first drop off and that we would be back at the hotel by 5:30 but the actual drop off was 7:30 pm as the drivers didn't even arrive to bring us back until 6pm. We had folks on medication and this was completely unacceptable. It was not until I mentioned contacting the credit card company to dispute charges that someone even attempted to get us back earlier. Before that they just kept screaming at us pick up is at 6pm there is nothing we can do even if you were told something else. The worst part is we were lied to - the schedule was set far in advance but they conveniently told us that we would make it back by 5:30 even though there was never an intention of doing that. read more
Absolutely loved this tour!!!!!! Scheduled it the night before and in the morning a shuttle van arrived at my hotel for pick up promptly at 9AM. They service many hotels along the hotel zone, and their customer service online is convenient and answers any questions as soon as possible. The drive to the site is not too long and upon arrival you're greeted by the extremely friendly and hospitable staff. Once you check in, you are offered to upgrade your experience by paying a supplementary fee to add on a more VIP experience package which consists of a smaller tour group, more hands on, unlimited food, and such. I was by myself so I decided to opt in, and was given a complimentary glass of champagne as well. It was an additional $50 to upgrade which wasn't that bad and after the excursion was over, I felt it was extremely worth it. The other groups seemed very crowded and it would be less enjoyable granted these were all shared activities. You are then given a wristband and taken to the gift shop area where you can purchase items such as goggles for the ATV, scarves and protective gear, snorkeling equipment, and water shoes. You can also buy souvenirs. Then you are lead to the waiting area where you can meet everyone in your much smaller group, instructed by the staff what the rules and restrictions are, and you place all of your belongings (including cell phone!) inside a locker. There are no phones allowed at all- but this is also because they offer a photo package at an additional cost which takes professional pictures of you which they will try convincing you to buy since you have no personal photos of yourself. After the first two activities, you are allowed to go to your locker and retrieve your items to change for the cenote, so you can have belongings on you. Now lets breakdown the activities: First stop: ATV ride. Now this starts the tour off strong and this was my personal favorite activity. It was an incredible experience and you get your own ATV so you really can enjoy it to the fullest. You ride through a mud road and path and get to feel like a pro driver almost! It's incredibly fun and exhilarating and I loved every moment I wish it was longer!!! The ATV is easy to handle and the staff is following you on their own vehicle so if help is needed it's always nearby. Second: Zip line! After the intense atv ride, you get right into the next activity which is zip lining. You are harnessed and strapped up safely and then instructed to wait as everyone also gets securely prepared to zip line. The set up is as any standard course, and you walk from line to line and up steps and such to go through it. This was also extremely fun and exciting- if you have never done it before it is somewhat scary at first but it goes quick and is not very high so even an intermediate can do it! This was a little bit tiring because its two intense things back to back but I loved it as well. Third: Tequila tasting You have a small break where you can hydrate at the locker station and get your belongings to head to the tequila tasting. The teacher was extremely funny and educational, and the walk through the forest is actually so beautiful and scenic. The class walks you through a bunch of different kinds of tequila with many different options for all kinds of drinkers. You are also given the option to buy a bottle of tequila to take home! This was an insightful experience and you get to mix and mingle with your fellow group members! There is a break in between where tacos and drinks are served. Chips and guacamole, and you can eat as many tacos as possible and also order other food if you would like. The food was fresh and delicious, as most of the food I had tried in Mexico. Finale: Cenote! Now this was absolutely breathtaking. After changing into your bikini, you are given a life vest and walk(or canon ball) into the cenote. It is something everyone must see in their lifetime. The natural cave and water is stunning, and there are actually bats inside! Small fish also live inside the water. You are in the water cooling off for about 30 minutes and a photographer is following you the entire time! Snapping cute photos. Once everyone is out, you return back to the food area and are then given the option to buy the photos of you taken during the adventure. They are all digitally given to you if you purchase them and extremely good shots! I bought them and will add them to this review. Once the fun is over(sadly) you return to the front of the park, and are instructed which van to get into that will return you back to your hotel. I was exhausted riding back and it was raining so I was tired but arrived to my hotel around 4:30pm. So thankful for being able to participate in this and very appreciative of the staff and wonderful people of Mexico who allow all these amazing things to happen every day!!!! I strongly recommend this to anyone who really wants to explore and do something out of their comfort zone! read more

I give 2 stars for the staff because they were friendly and fun. Thank you David! The experience was very rushed going from one activity to the next with your assigned group. The 4 wheelers are in very poor condition and held together with numerous zip ties. A couple of them broke down on our ride. The trails are very beat up from over use. The helmets were gross and smelled like sweat. The tequila tasting was informative. The Cenotes look nicer in the pictures then they actually are. Our driver on the way there was driving so fast so that was a bit scary. At the read more

Appreciated the transportation service being offered. Once you get there it was a bit rushed and confusing. You have to check in with or talk to multiple people for some reason. Eventually they assign you a group, and you walk over to restaurant area and look for label for group letters! We had no idea as the directions were not clear. You wait in your assigned area until the guide comes to retrieve you and then you go to another area. They will give you a lay down of the activities that you are doing. If you want a locker or a lock for the locker. You need to have $10 cash. They will give you back $5. Out first activity was the cenote. You take a vehicle over. Once there you will need to take a very cold shower to wash off any sunscreen or soaps. If you want water shoes, you should bring from home. They do offer life jackets if you need or want them, but they are optional. You are able to jump on from one of the cliffs, off a zipline, or just walk down the stairs to get in. I was a little sad it was only around 30 minutes there. Another reviewer had mentioned an hour so I was hopeful we would have longer Ziplining : wear clothes you don't care so much about. Oil from the line came down onto my son's white shirt and unfortunately wrecked it. Also if you are a bigger person, they don't have the extra chest harness I have seen at other ziplines. They don't have crash pads on the trees and people are catching you, that is hoe you stop Atv : we all enjoyed our atv ride! My son got stuck behind someone taking their time but other than that it was a lot of fun. With the 10 minutes of rain that happened when we got there it made for some excitement with some mud puddles instead of just dirt. Everything seemed to be working fine Tequila tasting : my husband and son enjoyed this. You will taste 5 different high end tequilas. You can buy some if you would like after tasting. Sounded like you can only get it there. Meal : 2 tacos was what was included in thr package. They are very small. If you want more food thsn that, bring some with you or bring some $ to buy some extra. Also don't forget to tip the drivers, servers and guides! read more

Driver Javier was nice, explained everything okay. Get to the front desk and it's very confusing, just kinda rushed around, and told things about packages that we couldn't understand. After the front we were pushed into a waiting "room" with no instruction on where to sit or stand. After calling for our group, they looked upset that part of our party was in the restroom. When we were sat again in a different room, they explained things again very rushed and it was hard to understand. Our first thing we did was tequila tasting, the lady explaining was very nice and explained things very clearly and answered all of our questions. The next thing we did was ATVs. The only instructions we had were hand signals, where the gas was, they told us where the front brake was, but that was actually the clutch, and then to stay in a straight line. Nothing about passing or speed. The brakes on our atvs didn't work and someone in our group ended up rolling and having to be flown out. My parent's atv would jerk to the right so hard they almost rolled just trying to keep it on the road. The last event we did was zip lining. They gave us frayed harnesses, and when my dad, WHO IS A SAFETY PROFESSIONAL, asked for a new one, they called him a monkey and refused to give him a new harness. Didn't get any instructions on what to do other than to hold the ropes and that "we'll do everything for you." They gave us taco as the end, which were mid, charged us about $5 for a bottle of water, and then the waiter stood by our table and asked us for a tip, which we didn't give. We ended up not buying the tequila, and felt bad for the lady, but we weren't going to buy anything from an organization that didn't respect us when that's all we were trying to do. After the tacos, we weren't going to see if we could wait in the van, but they told us not until 6 and then guarded the door like a prison! Definitely don't recommend going here, and will not be going back. The one star is only for the tequila lady and our driver. If I could leave 0 I would. read more

MONEY SCAM! BEWARE!!! The price I was quoted over the phone was NOT the price that was honored when we arrived! This company, managed by "Tony" said the VIATOR phone operator made a mistake and he couldn't do anything about it. We were stuck having to pay an EXTRA $155. When I was paying the lady onsite the $155, I saw a page filled with the same "mistake" of guests also having to extra!!! When I asked her about it, SHE CONFIRMED they too had to pay extra. The old "BAIT and SWITCH" scam. Secondly, our driver was 30 MINUTES LATE and he blamed "traffic." Lastly, they wanted to charge us $149 for our family pictures, or $25 per picture if we didn't want to pay the full package price of $149. I wish I could give Tony and his TERRIBLE business 0 Stars, because 1 Star is too generous. Do yourself a favor and try to AVOID EXTREME ADVENTURE CANCUN COMPANY and VIATOR. #trashbusiness read more
This tour was amazing!! Here is a small breakdown of how things went! SNORKEL: The snorkel was amazing! We went to a spot where there were almost no other boats. It felt like we had the whole reef to ourselves. It was gorgeous. PUERTO MORELOS: It was nice the tacos you get are small so do not rely on that for your food. There was quite a bit of time in town but it was nice. ZIPLINE: The zipline is great, especially if you are new to ziplining. It is not too high and they are with you the whole time. They move you through the course so fast you don't have time to be nervous. ATV: this was very disappointing. We did this two years ago and it was awesome this time it was kind of a stroll, they kept slowing us down and stopping. We had to go very slow and it kind of got boring. CENOTE: We upgraded to the private cenote and unlimited food and drinks and it was SOOOO WORTH IT!!!! The tacos were amazing, they had margaritas and beer, and we got about an hour in a beautiful cenote! I would not do it any other way. OVerall it is a great day, it is a long day too so be prepared for that. In the jungle there are a ton of mosquitos so take bug spray!! read more

We visited the morning of Friday, July 18, 2025. I took my wife and my two young adult daughters. We purchased the package which included ATVs, Zip Lines, Tequila tasting, Lunch, and relaxing at a Cenote. We "upgraded" to the VIP package upon arrival. Our guide was Erenesto. We were expecting to enjoy the beauty of the ecosystems and tropical environment. Unfortunately, much of the day was interrupted by our guide's boombox blasting ghetto rap with extremely foul language, sexually explicit lyrics, and we must have heard the "n" word 50 or 60 times that morning. It was disgusting and disturbing. It ruined our day. Halfway through the day, I confronted our guide about the content of the music and simply asked him to play something less offensive. He was very argumentative - repeatedly saying: "you are not the only one here." To his credit, he did make an adjustment afterward. I have no idea why "Extreme Adventuring Ecopark in Cancun" doesn't hold the staff to higher standards. read more
Planned a trip for group of 10. We started with the transportation picking us up 40 minutes late. However, when we got to the park, we had a great time. We got the Zipline, cenote, tequila tasting and ATV's. The ATV's was the best part. You can drive fast and wild out unlike most other places. Lastly, we were finished by 5pm. However, our transportation didn't come and get us until 6pm. If it wasn't for the transportation this would be a 5-star review. Transportation ruined the day. read more

the atmosphere and the way they attended you is excellent no complaints, but the attractions is where the problems start. Before i even start this place is so exeremly over priced and on top of that they try to make you spend even more, mask and goggles, food and "VIP experiences" that are almost 60 PER PERSON which is on top of 120 per person and they are push you so much to spend more, so now let's start. Number 1, The cave is amazing and could use a little bit more jumps but other than that solid. number 2 is the zip lines, very very average nothing crazy but not boring and not enough lines I think total about 8 lines. and last but definitely not least the ATVs/boogies. This is by far the worst of ATV/boogies experience I've ever had and I've been on five different ones. And on this one is the only i've ever been to that they put a governor/limiter for the speed on the boogie that only allows you to go 15 miles an hour, which is extremely slow. I don't know about the ATVs cause I couldn't ride them, but I do not recommend it at all very boring track and they just keep going in circles two times. over all: NOT WORTH IT. 2/5 read more

This was a a horrible experience!! All ATVs are very very old and need to be trashed. This is actually true safety hazard! My ATV was so bad the steering was completely off and when I told one of the guys he said it's ok??!! I saw one of ATVs catch on fire !!!! Yes the girl in my group was riding the ATVs and something went really wrong she jumped off the ATV and burned !!! The guys who were our guides got her on another ATV but I was down right there. I didn't feel safe going on their zip lines due to Huge safety concern. I ask for partial refund they declined and we had to hire a taxi for $100 to go back to hotel. Stay AWAY!!!!! read more

Loved everything about this place. Pricing and activities are awesome. We started the day with horseback riding through the stables and forest. We then drove to the Cenotes and dived/swam in it. This was a beautiful and great experience. The next activity was ziplining (3 ziplines and one of them you go upside down!) After that we went ATVing around the trail. We ended the day with tequila tasting and tacos! All of this is included in the package and it took around 4 hours in total. Super fun and 100% recommendation read more

The drive from the hotel was very long, longer than expected. The rest was great. Went to three different cenotes and also did a tequila tasting. Lunch was 2 tacos and they were ok. Overall good tour leads. read more

The place was run down, fajitas was cold plate of carne with 1 spoonful of beans and 3 chips - btw, all cold! They are out of any other food, no water and not maintained! The did rush us through everything and did not care about anything but the money. Btw, we paid for Transportion, but when we go there, had to pay another $10 per person in cash to get a ride back (when we paid for Transportion!). Also, their water hole was dirty, rubbed down and nothing worth going to. read more

Find another company. This one sucks. If I could give zero stars, I would. They say "fun fun fun" but with a billion rules. You are always being hurried to the next part of the "adventure". But when THEY are running behind that's ok. Find someone else bc this place sucks. If this was any other country, they would have been shut down by now. 1) ATV is follow the leader in a simple circle pattern, like children. Most shitty ATV experience that has to exist. 2) there are 3 zip lines. Yes, you read that right, just 3. You cannot take picture but "don't worry bc they take pictures for you" which u cannot have unless you pay their over the top price. They are digital photos; nothing special about them. You can easily take with your own camera phone. However, this is not allowed, for "safety" reasons; which is 100% just scalping. Complete Bs. They want to charge u an arm and a leg for the photos they take. 3) The lunch? Who knows what the heck they are trying to feed you. The "lunch" they provide is TWO tiny tacos. You get 3 options. Oh and if u want something to drink... that's extra. Nevermind the "kitchen" they are cooking all this good in is the literal definition of "5 second rule doesn't exit here". 4) guide was rude as all hell. 5) the cenote they took us to was pretty but again, rush rush rush. Hurry hurry hurry. We opted to not do one part of the exhibits WE paid for, in order to add on that time to our swimming fun. Instead what happened was we didn't get extra time and didn't do the part we opted out of anyways. Crooks. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid this horrible place. Find someone else. read more
If your looking to explore on your own time this is not the place for you. If you want a schedule and to do a few activities back to back then sign up. As a group we signed up to swim, go zip lining and ride on the ATVS. The swimhole was BEAUTIFUL , you can bring your own towel. They do make you pay for a locker so feel free to bring what you need. After the swim hole they do want you to lock up your phone for ziplining and riding ATVS but don't worry they will take pictures of you. The zipline course has 3 total ziplines and the ATV portion is more follow the leader style. They do have really good tacos on site , and they are CHEAP! Being pesos with you because tips are highly encouraged here. They also do a tequila tasting at the end, a nice surprise for sure ! read more

Tourguide Chris got really salty and condescending when I apparently didn't tip enough. Really sad that he cares so much more about making money than providing you with a good time. read more

First, let me say how great the staff is! They're very friendly, engaging and accommodating. The zip line is fun and great for beginners. The Cenote is beautiful! The ATV's themselves are junk. Many kept dying and a few didn't have any breaks, including ours! They traded us for a different one and those breaks worked a little better. Never mind the mud and dirt (which I didn't mind and we expected from other reviews), but the terrain was horribly bumpy and by bumpy I mean large craters coupled with huge divots and in the mud you can't see them all. That made it a horrible experience. I rode with my son and was tossed around so much, my butt and thighs were terribly sore. When we got back to the hotel, I had my hubs take a pic of my thighs so I could see what they looked like. I'll post the picks. That's how brutal this "excursion" was. The tacos they serve afterwards are very bland, which was disappointing as we expected Mexican flavor. Our driver that transported us from our hotel and back was very personable and friendly. I think his name was Javier. I wouldn't do this tour again because of the awful ATV experience and the amount of time you wait in between activities. read more

They are con artist. The website shows shared activities, but they require you to book the activity 2 times, without any description that states that. We were willing to pay the additional price, since it was already booked and they had arrived, but then they tried to make us pay an additional $30 on top of the extra booking charge, for a so called "last minute reservation.". They then told us we would have to pay $15 for a non show fee if we didn't pay the extra amount they wanted us to pay. The idea of trying to make customer pay extra for the lack of information on their site is crazy to me. They could've also confirmed the number of people when I booked the tour, which was done more than 24 hours before the tour started. I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone and I'll be sure to spread the word on every review site, in hope that others won't fall for the same trickery. read more

Wonderful family fun place! We had a great experience at this Adventure park. We drove ourselves there so i don't have experience with their transportation. The facilities are great. The place is beautiful and well taken care of. Excellent for families with children 5 and up. Diego, our guide was great, the whole staff is so friendly, fun and nice. The cenote was my favorite part. It is just gorgeous! Zip lining or diving into it was amazing. Tequila tasting was very good with option to buy. I liked that they don't put pressure on you. You buy if you want. The zip lines at the park are fun as well as the ATVs. My kids loved it! The included tacos were good. We ended our day with horse back riding, the place and the horses were beautiful! I would definitely come back. Such a fun day! read more

The experience itself was great, but out of the 4.5 hours we were there, only 1 hour total was spent on the activities. You're also asked to upgrade or tip at EVERY single stop. Here's the timeline: - 1 hr drive from Cancun, asked to tip driver - Check in at front - Led to desk and asked to upgrade your package - Check in again at desk behind front desk - Asked to purchase safety goggles and bandana for ATV ride - Asked to take pictures with people dressed up, asked to tip - Safety brief - Asked to pay $5 and $5 refundable deposit for locker - 3 min drive to Cenote - Asked to shower before getting in water - Get life jacket - Swim for 20 mins - 3 min drive back - Head to ATV - Get helmet - Ride ATVs for 20 min - Wash off - Head to ziplines - Get helmet and gloves - Zipline for 20 mins (super fun) - Back to safety brief area, asked to tip tour guide - Head to Mayan taco intro, get sample, asked to tip - Head to store, where you can buy overpriced goods - Head to tequila tasting - Asked to tip - Head to eat tacos - Asked to buy extra food and drinks - Fire show - Asked to tip - Head to back door that is locked, wait for them to open it, and then yell out group names one at a time to know what shuttle you're on Notice how many times I said "asked to tip"? I can understand a few times but honestly felt very objectified. Everyone was so cranky by the last bullet point. The whole thing took WAY too long for how much time was spent actually doing the excursion activities. read more

Definitely had fun on this tour. Jose Alberto was my tour guide and he was great. This was my fist time atv-ing so I feel like it was a good introduction but if someone has more experience it might not be as great. One thing I will say is that they don't allow you to bring phones out on any of the excursions (They make you put them in lockers) so you have to pay for photos at the end of the day and it's pretty pricy so my husband and I opted out. Just for two photos it was $70 Be prepared for transportation to take awhile as they make several stops along the way read more

The cenote of the package was essentially the highlight. The ziplining and atv riding left much to be desired. The atv's are rundown and you can definitely understand why, the circle they ride you in is terrible! From the time you get there they are trying to sell you something...while our guide was good (George) and engaging, he kept telling us we were on a tight schedule but there was a lot of lag time. The transportation I would have to say was the worst, as the ride was 2 hours and 15 minutes. I would not have even went with this excursion had I known that. read more
This is a wonderful place. I've done zipline in other countries before. This one is a little on the average side, not quite extreme. On the other hand, the ATV experience was none like any other. It was muddy, rugged, and all the other extreme you can imagine. WONDERFUL! The staff was quite pleasant and easy going. Our visit to the Mayan Cenote was too short in my opinion. We were rushed to get back for the zipline. They offered food at the end of our package, which was a pleasant surprise. All together it was well worth $75 read more
I'm so glad I found this spot. We had a day of adventure that can only be experienced in Mexico The staff were knowledgeable especially during the tequila tasting. They told us the background story of how and where tequila is made. In a small town called tequilla lol and how to spot a real bottle from a fake. (Hey let me see that label) We did zip lining, rode ATVS through the jungle and swam in a cenote that was 25 feet deep. I didn't jump off any of the 12 foot cliffs but they were there if you dared! They provided lunch at the end. The carnitas tasted like someone's mother was in the kitchen who didn't speak any English and had one of those old silver pots that helps to create magic. The food was so good. It was an experience that I'll never forget. Shout out to the staff and the photographer who captured some of the best moments. read more

First of all, we were supposed to go to Selvatica but for some idiotic mistake with the travel agency we ended up here at Extreme Adventure. Second, even tho we communicated to them about the mistake they made sure we had a great time. #DiegoIsCool He was our guide. First thing we did was ATVs. That was BEYOND AWESOME. My first time riding that. I loved the road. We even saw a snake. Then we did zip line, also first time and then at the end we went to see the Cenote, Verde Lucero. Was so beautiful. I wasn't expecting that much fun. Like I said, Diego made his best. Also thanks to Angel for being so nice to us. Tacos at the end were delicious!! Definitely was worth it. read more

Amazing First-Time Snorkeling Experience with Snorkel Adventure! We had an incredible experience snorkeling for the first time in Puerto Morelos with Snorkel Adventure. The ride from our hotel took about an hour and a half since we picked up other guests along the way, but the journey was worth it. The team gave clear and thorough instructions, which made us feel confident even as first-timers. Special shoutout to Papi Chulo, Mario, and Ismael, who were all fantastic in helping us throughout the tour. Their patience and knowledge made the experience enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this tour for anyone, especially beginners. A truly unforgettable day! read more
