My husband got his suv towed there the other day for a no start/charging issues, and explained to…read morethem the symptoms of said issues and what he had already had replaced (the starter and both batteries). After they looked at the car for two hours, the mechanic told us that he "thinks" the issue is the starter. Yet it was just replaced. They wanted to charge us almost $1700 to fix the "possible" issue with the car. We both stopped up in the shop and spoke to the front counter gentleman who was very nice and understanding, yet he needed to get the mechanics to speak with us about the car. When the "mechanic" walked into the room he had a presence about him that was like he was Mr know it all. When he was talking to us he was rude and inconsiderate and never letting us get a word in. Mind you, my husband is a car guy and a gearhead, and while he's not an ASE master tech, he knows quite a bit. When he asked a specific question, the "mechanic" just blew him off like he would have with someone who didn't know what they were talking about. Then when we took a second to just think about our options he walked away. I don't now about anyone else who works in the shop and how they are but this guy was a total tool. We will never take any of our vehicles to this location ever again. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the guys at the front counter were very nice and understanding of our situation, and even waived the diagnostic fee.
