    New 2024 Tuscon Hybrid.
(Yeah, I know it's 2025 now but this only had 14 miles on it when I got it!)

I had a really great experience at Ken Ganley Hyundai in Parma. I was trading in my 2011 Kia Forte for a 2024 Tuscon Hybrid and Max Cruz, the sales rep, couldn't have been nicer. He made the whole transaction as painless as possible. Between him and "Big Lou" Luis Reyes, the finance guy, I drove out with an excellent car and a new place to recommend to any potential car buyers. Highest marks.

Amazing experience start to finish. I ultimately didn't choose Ken Ganley but rather random chance did. My car ended up having issues 1 mile away and I had it towed in. Al from service was awesome to deal with and then Troy was also amazing. They gave me a fair price on my car and I was able to get into a brand new 2024. I've gotten cars from Classic and Spitzer before and this by far was the best experience.

A great person to deal with

Amazing experience for buying a car. Don Blake was easygoing, talked to us like we were humans, no pressure, and we bought a car - no headaches. The team Jim H has put together here is outstanding. From Chris, the manager to Heather in the business office, the whole experience was relaxing, and I am looking forward to buying a car here again.

I'm sure the codes were cleared momentarily to manipulate the sale. At the time of the sale, I purchased the extended warranty and Next Step was pushy about their shop doing the repairs. The car was with them for months often on because the repairs were so poorly done. The Audi dealership said upon the initial inspection after I purchased the vehicle, reported the repairs would exceed the value of the car, keep in mind this was shortly after the purchase because the check engine lights were on. The car was inspected by 2 independent mechanics after Next Steps "New Engine" installment and the overwhelming report is that the NEXT STEP should never touch a vehicle again. Bolts were missing parts were put in the wrong place, hoses weren't connected properly. The list goes on and on it was about a 10 page detailed report from each in evaluator. The independent mechanics were disgusted that NEXT STEP would take advantage of a customer because Audi prides itself on brand loyalty rather than making a quick slimy sale. Don't walk away from this place, RUN. It's more like NEXT "MISTAKE" rather than NEXT STEP.

Once in Maryland I had to change the tires as they were bald and Matt refused to replace them before purchase. Then I had the car inspected at the local Mercedes' dealer and it had a major oil leak that had to be repaired in addition to all the maintenance required at 60k miles. Next step Auto Sales does not service their vehicles before selling them. Their goal is to stick you with maintenance costs and not take any liability for the condition of their cars before selling them. The Mercedes' dealer quoted 4K worth of maintenance required after inspection. I purchased the car for 27k. Steve the dealer owner denied the oil leak even though Mercedes' listed this issue on their inspection report. Steve also refused to honor the dealer warranty that came with the vehicle purchase which includes the engine and was quoted for 90 days / 3000 miles. I would not recommend buying a car from this shade tree dealer. Customer satisfaction is not on their radar at all! They just want to get your money and leave you stuck with a poorly maintained vehicle. Very sad. Below are pictures of the air filter and cabin air filter of the Mercedes' that they claimed to have serviced before the sale. Laughable to say the least. These guys should change their dealer name to "3 steps back auto sales"! If it was not for them having the particular car I wanted with the options I was looking for I would not even have bought a car from a non factory sponsored dealer like this one. Not hard to see the difference in customer service and the vehicle condition when using a low budget shady dealer such as this one. Stay away!

This was one of the most frustrating car buying experiences I've had…read more I was actively working a deal on a Chevy Equinox EV from out of state and made it very clear I was serious -- we discussed out-the-door pricing, confirmed details like the charger and paperwork, and I was literally preparing to drive 7 hours early the next morning with my dad to complete the purchase. At no point was I told there was another buyer actively purchasing the vehicle. Instead, I was led to believe the car was available and that we were moving forward. Then, right after confirming final details, I was suddenly told the vehicle was "in the process of selling." I completely understand first-come, first-served -- that's not the issue. The issue is the lack of transparency. If another buyer was ahead of me, that should have been clearly communicated so I could have made an informed decision (like putting down a deposit immediately). This isn't the first time I've had this happen during my search, but this was by far the most poorly handled. If you're an out-of-state buyer, be very cautious. Don't make plans or assume anything is yours unless you have it locked down in writing. Very disappointing experience.

I was told by the sales associate that sold me the car that the manager said since it was sold as is that there was nothing they could do for me, here it is 5 months later noise is still bad, rear back up camera stopped working, my a/c switches back to heat by itself ,carfax showed there was no accidents. My hood was painted and is not aligned properly, the rear end was also hit, tailgate is off, bumber and rear quarter panel has slight paint peeling and the roof has been painted found fish eye in the paint. There is no way the dealership wasn't aware it was involved in an accident. Sales person was good manager not so much. Definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing a used vehicle from here and if you do look over the car very good. Today is 8/3/2025. I replied with my number and info on this as requested and still have not recieved any reply back. I took my vehicle to a shop to have it looked over and they stated that in fact this vehicle was in fact in an accident hit from the front and back hence why I'm having the issues. Accordingto the carfax the dealership a pre-delivery inspection.

I negotiated with him by email and with 3 other Toyota dealerships in Greater Cleveland. I chose Anthony's offer over the offers from the other Toyota dealerships because Anthony didn't resort to any types of high pressure sales tricks, like other Toyota dealerships used. Anthony was polite, professional, and made the new car purchasing experience easy and pleasant to go through. I recommend anyone thinking about buying a Toyota vehicle to deal with Anthony.

Four years ago driving to our vacation destination our 15 yr old Highlander started showing a lot…read moreof dash lights. There was a Toyota dealer nearby so we drove there. It was a Friday night and they were closing for the weekend, we would have had to cancel our vacation. We decided to trade so we could get on our way but the only car available on the whole lot was a Corolla Cross. Recently we received an invitation to a sales event that was going to blow us away at Victory Toyota, we even had to make an appointment for this event. We walked into Toyota and saw very limited inventory. We looked at two cars and I counted five salesmen standing around in various parts of the showroom. Not one person asked to help. I finally walked up to a young gentleman and asked if there were any Highlanders. He said there were THREE outside ( huge sales event?) and proceeded to walk us out with no keys. Should we just look through the window? Upon going back to get the keys I wanted to test drive the Platnimum. I joked to him that I had planned to retire next year but if we buy a car that is going to change. I told him that I pick out the car and my husband does the numbers deal. He mentioned that when we got back to the showroom he'd see if retirement was still possible after crunching numbers. They did a quick appraisal of our Cross and then crunched NO NUMBERS...the price you see is the price you pay, minus the trade. We bought our last Toyota at zero down , zero finance. This dealership wanted 4.9 %. That is around $10,000 in intrest for the Highlander. . Land Rover is advertising 0.9% for select models. . We will definitely be looking around. . Ten years ago when my husband was looking for a vehicle for work he stopped at a competitor's lot just to see what they had to offer. The salesman was out the door and ready to greet my husband before he even got out of the car.
