I am glad that a lot of you had a great experience with kashif. But in my case I had a very bad experience. I purchase a stereo and an antena and the bad installation starts with the antena, I can not listen to the local stations, I can not make a phone call using bluethoot because the receptor can not here me and I have 2 speakers only in my truck but they only connect one. There is more, my dashboard ligths, tail ligth and the blinker stopped working. I could not drive at nigth time. End it up taking it to touota dealer got charge $830.00 to get all the ligths fix. I have the receipt from toyota of what I paid. I am afraid to take it back at Extreme to get the antenna fix and the bluetooth. Any suggestion???? Anybody?? read more

I'm not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from. The owner of this shop is a pure, 100% weasel. I "wanted" to get a stereo hookup in my Jeep at one point. Went inside the shop and was talking to a young guy about it and he seems really cool to talk to and price was good. Then, this little weasel came out and started pacing back and forth. I was like "this must be the owner". So the cool guy I was talking to changed his tone and went into SALES MODE. He tried to up sale me on some other equipment and the weasel jumped in and corrected him on a few things regarding the price. I just said thanks and I'll think about it. I know you are in business to make money. If feel like you are honest, then I don't mind paying the money and I'll come back to give you more business. This place deserves a 0! We called "the boss" a day before confirming the price for specifically window tinting. The man who does the tinting had to confirm the price since "the boss" was not there. Next thing you know the boss said "misunderstanding" of the price. Alright so I tried to bargain but the "boss" told the man that tints over the phone to make sure to charge us at least an amount of price (no less)! Wow for reals... it's all about the money!!! Had an audio system installed, my rear seats were not bolted all the way down completely after installation was completed. They drilled through my cab to secure amplifier. They have good knowledge of product but installation service is not there. Over charged for service compare to other in town services. Took my Harley in for a new stereo. Installed wrong deck twice and cracked both parts of the firing. When pointed out to them they said damage was already there even though we had pics prooving it was not damaged. They handed me a third deck since the one they did install was wrong and didnt function and sent me on my way. So now i dont have a working stereo and my motorcycle is damaged and it cost me $3000. I stopped by this morning to get information about window tinting. The young man was very polite & helpful and told me the starting price for 4 windows. I told him I'd come back later with my husband. When we went back this afternoon, an older unfriendly man gave me outrageously higher quote. The price he told me for the rear windows alone was higher than what the first young man told me for 4 windows. The original young man was approachable and seemed interested in my business. The older man was dismissive and showed no interest in getting my business. I will drive to a different city to get my windows tinted rather than patronize this place. read more

I wanted a little "boom boom" in my Kia Soul. I shopped around the Manteca area and decided to go with this shop based on their Yelp reviews. 4 stars for the flexibility and overall product. Why not 5 stars? 1) The owner offered me a small discount. After checking-in on Yelp, I noticed a 25% off coupon (see picture), which would have saved me more than the "discount". When I mentioned it, I was told I'd already received a discount and the coupon couldn't be applied. The mobile coupon doesn't disclose that it cannot be combined with other discounts. I would have rather paid the full amount and used the 25% off. :\ Just a heads up! 2) After paying, the young man/installer assisting me didn't bother to walk me to my vehicle to see what I thought of the the overall sound. My bumper was hit in a car accident with the previous owner. I went in randomly about a week ago and got my bluetooth on my car hooked up by Heidi (pretty sure that's how you spell his name). He explained to me if I came in early on another day he could also help me fix my bumper since I had already bought the replacement part just needed someone to install it. I went in today (07/31) and Heidi started working on it almost immediately. Wish I could give a 0! First quote I got was reasonable over the phone, I walk in and the price for their services completely changed. I get my windows tinted there anyways because of the reviews, however a few days later I notice huge air bubbles in my tint. So I go back to get it fixed and the guy takes my receipt "to look at what tint I got". They fit it, but never give me back my receipt. I get home and the rubber window trim is completely melted. They tried to blame the sun for the trim meltage but my car is a brand new Honda Civic, purchased 6 months ago. Thank God I took before pictures!!! Always take before pictures!!! They admitted they were at fault and said they were getting me new window trim. 3 months later, they still have not replaced my trim. It's really unfortunate, I am not one to usually complain but I worked my ass off for this car and expected to get quality service at a professional place like this. read more

Fast and friendly service. They have a cutting machine for the tint but the guy did not know how to program it to cut lower than the assigned depth. Thus, he had to cut by hand. However, he did not know how to balance the two strips when he tinted my windshield visor. One was hanging lower than the other. Told him to do it again and it was still a bit off. I gave this place another shot. We know a lot of small businesses are having Trouble due to covid but these guys are taking advantage of people. Let me start at the beginning. When everything opened up again, we got a quote for my sisters 2013 Honda Civic, for an all over tint he wanted $400 (brand new tint, no removal) we asked for a breakdown and all they said was covid made product more expensive. We only doubted it because RP tinting in Lodi gave us a quote for $225 for the same job. We ended up going with RP tinting. Fast forward to now, I have a new car it's a SUV so when I went for a quote I definitely expected a higher price since it's more work. He quoted me $400 and other places gave me around the same (if not more) so we decided to once again, give them our business. We should have known better. I can't bad mouth the work, the tint was good and no issues with the tint itself but when we pulled up to pay the worker says there is a $37 fee to use credit card. My husband immediately questioned it as we were not advised of this or he would have taken cash (it was almost closing time) and the worker couldn't give a reason why he said "i don't know man, that's just how it is" I've seen gas stations charge more for using CC but not $37. Again, I wanted to give my business to someone in town but it's hard to do so when they take advantage of people. read more

Horrible job at tinting my windshield. After it took obnoxiously long to do, it wasn't even done correct. You get what you pay for right ? I now believe and can say that statement is true. I got my tint done about a month ago, I went out of town for work. I got home last night to see the Windshield covered in bubbles. The dude who took off the strip I had previously didn't even clean the window correctly I can still see glue on it. It's not even worth my Time fighting for it I'll just pay for some one to take it off and re do it better. On the pictures it Is NOT dust.
