That accusation is extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I brought my vehicle to your shop expecting quality work and respectful customer service, especially considering your pricing was the highest quote I received. I chose your company because of how confidently and professionally you presented your product and installation process. I waited at your shop for over two hours because I care about my vehicle and am very particular with how it is treated. Because of that, I also took before and after photos of my vehicle. The morning pictures were taken before bringing my vehicle to your shop, and the night pictures were taken afterward. The photos clearly show the condition of the dashboard before arriving and the condition after the work was completed. Pictures do not lie. Instead of acknowledging my concerns professionally, your response shifted toward accusing me of having bad intentions from the beginning. That is unfair, disrespectful, and not how a reputable business should treat its customers. If my goal was to "take advantage" of your company, I would not have documented the condition of my vehicle beforehand. At this point, I am simply presenting the evidence I have and allowing others to make their own judgment based on the photos, timeline, and the responses provided by both yourself and the company. The Yelp community and future customers can decide for themselves whether this situation was handled professionally and fairly. This entire situation has been an unnecessary inconvenience, and honestly, I regret not taking my vehicle to another tint shop.

I reached out to this shop for an emergency alignment job. I had previously taken my car into a…read morenational, well-known franchise for regular maintenance. They informed me an alignment couldn't be completed by their shop. Unfortunately, after getting it back, my car was nearly impossible to steer, I would get thrown into other lanes and it felt like my car was going to slide right off the tires. It was dangerous to drive. Enter Manteca Tire & Wheel Outlet, after explaining what I needed I was told I could bring it in. They were open about not being able to do the job as well (I've owned the car for 10 years now, with several shops having difficulties aligning it--and no shop ever being able to get it to spec., even when the car was stock. It's a clear manufacturer defect.) And while it did take some time to complete, they were rather busy at the time, and still found time to accommodate me for this emergency. But they were very communicative during the entire process. They were even super apologetic they couldn't align it to spec., which I fully expected. Price was fairly good, much better than the previous shop, and they even gave me a break because it couldn't fully be aligned correctly. The car drives so much better now. Completely thankful to Manteca Tire & Wheel Outlet for getting this done and their honesty throughout the process!

Tristan took excellent care of us he showed us what we were getting, how it would look and what the cost would be upfront in writing before we agreed to do anything. We also met and talked with some of the other employees there and all were professional and friendly. The did a very good job and Tristan went above and beyond to try to get work done in a quick turn around time. The owner here is very friendly and can work with your budget. I walked out the door with a pioneer double din nexgen series. Very nice double din. Place is nice and his staff are pretty good at what they do. one of his guys helped me wire the car for free. and it was well worth the drive from Tracy since Tracy doesn't have good car audio shops. I brought my new Honda Pilot in to upgrade the sound system as I was disappointed with the factory Bose system. Now my system has the sound quality that I've been looking for. After calling earlier in the day for a estimate, I show up at shop at 5pm to see if they had time to do my SUV. They got me in and out in about 40 minutes! After it was done I was walked to my vehicle to make sure he was happy with the work and to make sure I as well was happy!
