I was told my front brakes only had 4mm of pad left. Clearly they never removed the wheels to perform the inspection. When I took my vehicle to Kiley's Preble Motors for a second opinion, it was discovered that my front brakes had 10mm of pad left. For shame, Gandrud!!! Furthermore, it was difficult and frustrating to use Gandrud's automated service scheduling system. Don't patronize this establishment: they are terrible at customer service and they are terrible at performing service.
