Small arcade with some old and new games, race track, air hockey, mini bowling and they hold bday parties. Came across this by chance while driving thru and spent some time here with a friend. We wandered around the place and played some games. We took our time and were done in about an hour. Tried cashing in some points since we don't know when we will be back in the area and got some cheesy, inexpensive things to goof around with. Prizes could use some sprucing up. read more

Came here for a friend who's kid was having a birthday party. Good assortment of games and prize winning machines. Some weren't working but that didn't take away from anything. My kids had a blast with the rest. Go carts weren't going so I can't review those. Bumper cars is a small area, but fun. Almost like a Chuck E Cheese, without the creepy mouse. The Pizza here, could be better, but hey it's not enough to bash the place. It's something to do, in a place where things to do? Are becoming scarce. Props for trying to bring something in to give people a place to go. Maybe call the place ahead of time if you are wondering how much of their games are functioning and whether it's worth it. Otherwise, don't take too much away from negative reviews. Everyone has something to complain about. But most aren't also running a perfect business, if any business at all. First time customer, drive over an hour during spring break to let the kiddos have fun. Staff have no problem telling me how and where to swipe my card to get a card and load money but not able to yell me network is down and no games can be played. While 1 staff did an override for a racing games all machines down and no refunds. Way to break a 7 years old heart on spring break. Now I'm stuck with 40 on a card I would prefer not to use at this place read more

My family and I - kids, tweens, young adults and adults all came here for a couple hours on evening. First off, the staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, great attitudes and really fun. The pizza was great, there was lots of seating for those who didn't want to play games and NO loud music taking over the whole space. The games were fun, very reasonably priced. Rented a room here for my child's birthday party. The staff was friendly and great about helping us set up the room and delivering the food on our schedule. Staff was always available to help out. The mini corn dogs, popcorn, and cotton candy were great. The fries were ok. The kids and spouse liked the the pepperoni and cheese pizzas (I was too full to try it). The kids loved the rides, games (laser tag), and prizes. Bumper cars was a favorite for the little ones. Parking is awesome since the mall isn't a functioning mall (I really wish it was open as a mall since there isn't much shopping in this area, but I do love not having to worry about door dings since it isn't). Great facility. If you go during the week, you don't have to fight the crowds. My 2y/o daughter loved the Toddler Zone (which was always clean when we visited!) All of the staff we interacted with were fantastic! There's so much to do that you shouldn't have a problem keeping all of your group happy & entertained. Laser tag, go karts, arcade games, redemption games, mini bowling, and much more! Even the food was really good (try the wings - trust me). This was an extreme rip off. Majority of the games and attractions were marked as broken. Arcade games that werent marked broken was practically broken. For example we played the basketball hoop game and it wouldnt acknowledge or give us points when we got the hoop in. There was another game where you put the ball in the milk jug and we got it in and it didnt give us our points or the ball back. We did the photo booth because at this point we had a bunch of points left on our card so we just wanted to burn through it since we already played everything we could. Very disorganized for parties! Took my soccer team here for the end of the season. Arrived at 2:45, made the reservation for 3pm. Didn't have the table set up until 3:15, got our pitchers to fill up drinks at 3:20. Got cups to drink out of at 3:45. Kids finally got their game cards at 3:45. Nobody submitted the pizza order which I had to chase people down to order at 3:30. Got our pizza at 4:30. One of the kids slipped and fell in someone else's throw up in the middle of the game area. This place is a blast and a half. Even of you're not 7 years old, you can have some EXTREME FUN too. The electric kart things are very fast, and the games are fun for all ages. The wings are actually pretty tasty :). The atmosphere was very fun, but I do wish the employees matched the level of excitement- but hey, I get it, you're dealing with the general public for hours at a time on your Saturday. Well everything started great. Showed up 1 hr early; organized when our glow room was going to be ready and how long we had; got our order in for pizza, having it ready by a certain time, set up a scheduled time for laser tag. As I said everything was great. After that it went down hill. Laser tag guy showed up 20 minutes late and let another group go ahead of us, even though we were there 5 minutes before our scheduled time and before that group. Then our time was pushed 40 minutes out, which now conflicted with pizza and our time to leave the room. 3 of 6 pizzas showed up 30 minutes later than scheduled, then another 30 minutes later 2 of 6 pizzas showed up, didn't get our last pizza. Due to time constraints we had to eat cake and do presents before last 2 pizzas showed up (After constantly asking about them). Then I had to go out and ask for items that were supposed to be provided for the room such as plates and silverware. While being told that they aren't supposed to supply these items, though their website states that they do. Manager confirmed that I would get a discount at the end, for my troubles. Then stated she gave me a $120 discount. After paying, I reviewed my receipt. She gave me $81 for the laser tag we didn't do; $12 for the pizza I didn't get and the $25 discount we got because we reserved the room last year. So technically there wasn't a discount given. I would have to say this was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. I would highly recommend not booking any event here. If I could give less stars I would. read more

When we got there, we had the all day pass and the lady on the front counter said we would get tickets on our card. But when we went to see how many tickets we got they said zero, the lady behind the counter said sorry these are the all dat passes they don't come with tickets. Took my 9 yr old Granddaughter to the movies and stopped in on our way out. She is now the proud owner of her own Drivers License and got to drive a go cart. BIG FUN. Her next favorite thing was stopping in Jurassic Park and Shooting Dinosaurs! We're going back with Dad when he gets off work to shoot some more. They even have a toddler area with activities for the toddlers too small to play games. The staff is very helpful and attentive. read more

Went there for my Son's Birthday. His Dad purchased a party pack that was not properly explained at purchase time.(we requested go kart racing and laser tag) After playing maybe 5$ worth of arcade games we found out our package did not include go cart racing or laser tag. We did not do any other activities included in the party package. We politely explained our dilemma to management...who brought out another manager. We had simply suggested that we receive a partial refund for our package (minus the games) so that we could purchase the go carts and laser tag that we especially communicated was what we had come in for. Not only was management not willing to help us out but were extremely rude and unprofessional. The head manager came out with a chip on her shoulder from the start. She spoke down to me and was very condensending. I didn't expect that our problem be completely solved but I did expect to be treated in a professional manner. To my embarrasment I lost my temper and had a few choice words myself. I normally pride myself on handling situations like this in a clam manner but I was pushed to the brink by the out and out rudeness of this manager. We ended up spending even more money to make my Son's day. The service was terrible with us having to track down our pitchers of soda, cups, plates and such. Literally so bad. Came in and got a pizza before a movie and played some games. But when I ordered the pizza it was about 45 minutes before the movie but it took this bald guy 30 minutes to make one large pizza! We had to scarf down the extremely hot pizza so we wouldn't be late to the movie. Never again read more

Total bait and switch!! Looked prices up online and went for daughters bday. Prices online and behind counter completely different than actual price. They say 1 price for a go cart race but don't add in up to $12 of additional cost according to the cashier adding up to $27 for 1 race. Will never go back unless on someone else's dime!! read more
