Really friendly people work here. 3 stars due to the old school auditorium seating; arms don't move, chairs set on a slant. Also the screen is big but not the size of a modern theatre. I'm disabled and was constantly shifting in the seat down in front, because I can't rest on slanted flooring, and towards the end of a 2 hour movie I was in pain. Prices are cheap. They run old movies, too.

I fucking love movies, and it's clear the moment you open the door that the people who own and operate this place do to. There's so much joy and care put into all of their ideas and promotions. I'm jealous as a visitor that I don't get to be a part of the community here except in passing, but it was an awesome experience all the same. Great quality seats, good selection of snacks, and super friendly staff. I only wish they had Cole products!

Nice little theater. Wish they'd offer an unlimited movie subscription like Regal or AMC.

Inexpensive movie prices, on first-run movies. Very good customer service! Concession food is really tasty. A very enjoyable experience!

They don't have a working phone, so calling to get information not online isn't a possibility.

Nice small theater. People were friendly and the price was right. All and all it was a nice change from the constant rainy cold weather.

As an old fart i have many fond memories of drive-ins, piling into the car in our jammies, seeing the latest Clint Eastwood movie...so I was delighted to hear Neptune had worked with the community to bring it back as fantastic solution to the COVID problem. They erected a decent sized screen, built a projector house; modern technology via FM transmitter (95.5) eliminates the need for the clunky old wired systems of the olden days. So, you go into the lobby (mask on!), say how many tiks you need, get your popcorn and soda and go park (or you can park first) - for two adults, one large popcorn and medium drink it was $25. Yes. You heard right. I even walked back into the lobby thinking they undercharged me. GREAT VALUE. And btw, its the cutest little theatre lobby this side of the Mississippi. Great, friendly staff inside. The previews and 'movie trivia' are locally and professionally produced with, likely, the proprietors children? Very cute! And they leveraged a local production company here in my home of Ocean Park, which did a fantastic job. The movie was nice and bright. At times the FM sound drifted a bit, usually during low volume parts. Since it was cold, we ran the engine intermittently, luckily our subaru didnt insist on turning on the headlights as some other modern cars do. Even in the rain, with intermittent windshield wipers, we really enjoyed the show! No Mask! And theres an INTERMISSION! "Lets all go to the lobby...." They had some tempting food at great prices (next time I'll come hungry) Anyway, GREAT JOB Neptune & co.! I hope they retain the drive in as a wonderful novelty for 'normal times' - Long Beach Visitors ought to add it to their list of 'what to dos in LB'. We'll be back! Oh, and smart local business owners and realtors ought to be snapping up screen time for advertising.

I thought those days of going to those type of theaters were over when I moved to the PNW, but God is good because there's the Olympic Club Theater. I went in during the day with my Mom to watch Toy Story (it's the 30th Anniversary of the film) and because it's mid-day, the room was empty, but this place is super cool. Love all the unique antique couches and tables where you can watch your movie and a server brings it to you. We ahd the run of the house and the food was pretty good. I got a burger, fries, and hard cider and it was okay, but the experience made my heart happy. There is also a restroom at the back of the theater with old fashioned fixtures and it was cool. It's a men's room, but it's also open to anyone who wants to use it. Also great is how they have all the condiments out in the back so help yourself, along with a water dispenser, AND a sink to wash your hands. So good! Can't wait to come back and watch another show here.

And if you've actually visited any of their locations, you "know"...you just know. McMenamins is an experience. The locations are quirky, typically historic and a treat to explore...they provide so much eye candy that you probably won't get a chance to absorb all the details in a single visit. And the tots! Yes, the Cajun tots with ranch is worth the visit alone. But get a craft beverage (or two, or three) while there. I tried three hard ciders and they were each unique & delicious. I rounded out my meal with a cheeseburger and I have to say, it was one of the best burgers I've had recently. If you go to a show (I watched Dune: Part Two) there's enough ambient light to eat without fumbling about. Yes, it does affect the screen image quality a bit, so factor that in...it's a compromise that's worth being able to enjoy your dinner and drinks during the show. Insider tip: go during happy hour and this fun, funky and delicious experience will be about what you pay for ticket, drink and popcorn at the generic cinamaplexamacmallits. Only McMenamins is leaps and bounds cooler my friends. Oh yeah, there's a McMenamins passport program which I did not know about until after I had left. You have to buy into it, but the ultimate reward sounds pretty darn amazing! Look it up on their website for the deets!
