This company is awesome! I initially reached out because my water meter box was flooding from some kind of leak. David promptly messaged back and said he could come take a look at it that afternoon. When he examined the leak, he said he could take care of it right then and there, took about 2 hours and was fixed. The price was very fair and reasonable. While making sure everything was working properly, he showed me that the pressure coming into my home from the city of La Mesa was pretty high and that I might want to consider installing a Water Pressure regulator, which he said he could do the next day... again for a very reasonable price. Later that day I noticed that my kitchen sink faucet had dropped in pressure to almost nothing, I called David to see what he thought and said he could come back and take a look at it. I said he could just examine it the next day since he was already coming back to install the PRV, but he was nice enough to just come back that same evening. He said that possibly when we shut off the main water and turned it back on, debris from inside the pipes could have made its way to the faucet and clogged it up. He tried to replace the aerator but it was so old that there was not a good way to remove it. He said if I bought a new kitchen sink faucet he could install it free of charge, since he was already coming back tomorrow to install the pressure regulator. I know that plumbing is a very intricate system where all parts affect one another, especially when it comes to very old homes such as ours. David and his sons were very nice and helpful throughout the entire process. I felt very comfortable talking to them and asking questions, and they were never overbearing or pushy about anything. We contacted this company last minute for a toilet repair and David came out soon after on a Friday early evening. He had the right part to replace and explained the issue and fixed the problem in minutes. We asked him if it was possible to come out the next day for a stove disconnect and to remove and replace a gas valve. When I wanted an angle stop valve installed, he listened to the reasons that I wanted a threaded connection and offered advice that helped my preference instead of going against it. He explained the purpose of the plumbing parts without talking down to me. Thank God for plumbers! Long story short, the water line to my refrigerator started leaking and I didn't know that water had been seeping into the wall and of course once I did realize it, it was late on Saturday afternoon. I called the plumber I normally use but they didn't answer and I called these guys and they answered. I sent then a picture of the problem and they gave me a quote said they could come out in a few hrs and fix it. The quote was more because it was Saturday after 5pm but I needed to get it done so I accepted. They came over in the timeframe they said they would and removed the old damage valve and replaced it with a new one. They did a great job of putting on the new valve and helped remove some of the dry wall that had been damaged fron the water. I would recommend these guys in a pinch. Thanks! read more

My home warranty used this company for my plumbing leak. Michael S was the plumber that was sent out to help. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My leak was from the bathroom up stairs and leaking into the garage ceiling and there was no access and of course, access was not covered under the home warranty. He called up EcoDry, a water damage company that also helped through the process. Once access was available Michael was able to easily identify the problem. Without Michael's extreme professionalism and experience to help me through this process, I would have been completely lost.
