I reached out to this company for help locating a hidden leak, explaining everything in detail and even providing a video to help them understand the issue. When the technician arrived, he took a quick look, flashed a light around, and glanced under the crawl space--but never actually went in to investigate. After a few minutes, he told me he couldn't find anything and suggested a costly camera inspection. At that point, I asked him a question about our dishwasher, and he ran a wire through it, pushing out a bit of food buildup. It was a small fix, and I was grateful for the help. Then came the shock--he told me I owed him $200. I was stunned. For what amounted to a flashlight glance and a quick poke at the dishwasher, it felt incredibly excessive. I was home alone and felt pressured to pay, but I walked away from that interaction feeling completely taken advantage of. Thankfully, we contacted a second plumber who actually took the time to go into the crawl space, snake the main line, and diagnose the real issue--without charging a dime for the inspection. He gave us a fair quote, fixed the problem properly, and even installed a two-way sewer cleanout. That's the kind of service that earns long-term trust. My initial phone call was meet with a very friendly and helpful receptionist. I'm sorry I don't recall her name. My issue was a small gas leak to my stove that was only accessible through the cabinets next to it. I was put in contact with their technician Chris who was able to come out that same day. He was outstanding. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what the problem was and why the gas valve was leaking. He replaced the valve in no time at all. Been meaning to write this for a while as we've had Chris fix some of our plumbing issues on multiple occasions, and he's awesome! We've had him do a variety of things from toilets to faucets and so forth, and even some larger projects. He's super reliable, has affordable pricing ,and totally knows what he's doing. He has also answered the phone after midnight on a Sunday when we had a late night emergency!! I was visiting my dad and the guest bathroom bathtub faucet broke which caused a huge leak. We had to turn the main water supply off which was a nightmare for everyone. We had the very best experience with Chris from CML after our kitchen faucet started leaking. Chris called back immediately and asked if I could fiddle with something under the sink and "save me $$ from a house call". We recently dealt with a water leak and so I wanted a professional to mitigate further issues. Chris responded to our home in a timely manner, evaluated things under the sink and said we needed a new faucet. Chris is the owner and the absolute model of a hardworking, skilled American. We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that damaged the downstairs ceiling. When I asked for a quote on yelp, Chris was the first to reach out, explain that he didn't do any of the damage control, coordinated a water damage company to call us and get the process started. Once everything was opened up and dried out, he communicated clearly with the wife who was home during the day, came out, fixed the leak within an hour and was on his way. All the while explaining what he was doing so there were no questions. Unluckily for us, there were MULTIPLE leaks. Again, he coordinated with the damage control company to open the walls up further, came out and fixed the second leak within an hour again.. And lastly, while the subfloor was exposed in the upstairs bathroom, the kids were taking a bath and we started getting more water leaking to the downstairs. Chris came out with less than 2 hours warning on a Sunday night just to find that the kids had been splashing and it had leaked down between the toilet and the exposed subloor, not plumbing at all. Chris is a rare breed of person who is looking out for you and takes pride in his work. Hopefully a long-ish yelp review encourages you to contact him for any type of plumbing work you need because we definitely want to see him succeed as much as he wanted us to be happy with his work and we are DEFINITELY happy! read more
