I'm at their mercy because if I'm stuck and I can't get a hold of anyone I'm stuck. You can't get a hold of anyone on the weekends ever because they're closed so what happens if you have trouble on the weekend? I wanted to keep the factory system, but possible upgrade speakers and amp. He let me know that I didn't need to do all of that and I just really needed to add a subwoofer to get the sound I was looking for. I was a bit hesitant because I wasn't sure that would give me the results I was looking for, but WOW it was exactly what was needed. The sound system sounds amazing now. Very clear highs, great lows at any volume. I am only using the subwoofer to about 1/8th of it's ability and it's amazing. The woofer is completely hidden under the cover in the boot of the vehicle, so it doesn't even change the look of the car.
