I used Extreme Limousine for my wedding. We used the white hummer limo. It was a nice but a bit dirty inside as we saw some crumbs still on the seats. It could've been a bit cleaner inside but nothing we could do. The limo driver was on time on the scheduled pick up. He knew where he was going as he was prepared with the directions beforehand. We rented the limo for 4 hours, which was plenty of time to get around from the hotel and the church. We did two pickups, the first was for the groom and groomsmen and then the second was for the bride and bridesmaids. We were on schedule and on time so that was a plus. The limo also provided a bottle of champagne for the ride after the wedding ceremony, which was a nice touch and also had waters as well. The price for 4 hours was around $630 or so. Since it was for the wedding I don't think it was a bad price at all since it included gas and everything for the 4 hours we rented it. The only thing that I was concerned about was that they never really follow up with you to confirm that the pickup times are correct still. You have to call them and contact them in order to follow up and make sure things are going as scheduled. They take the final payment during the limo use as well. Extreme Limousine worked for us and we were happy with the service we paid for on our big day. read more

Waiting for over two hours in 108 degree weather for a limo that we hope has air conditioning. None of the others available had working air. Took a trip to LA airport using them. Have to say service was great, driver was very polite, and I didnt even spill a drink. Their limos come equipped with a dvd player, subwoofer speakers, and a nice leather interior. They provide you with water and I ce for any other drinks. And thye have good timing on where you need to go. The driver told me that the have chaufferred many celebs and such, and that none were dissapointed. I would NOT recommend using Extreme Limousine for an event if you have any sort of timeline to keep. We booked this company for our wedding to pickup and drive the bride and wedding party to the Ceremony location last month and it was a horrible experience. Prior to the day of the wedding I personally called Extreme Limousine 3 separate times to confirm pickup location, timeline, drop off location etc after making our deposit. (They do not contact you after giving them payment information) Long story short, I was assured they had all of the information correct and they would pass this along to their driver and not to worry as they do this all the time. The Driver ended up going to the drop off location first, then went to the wrong address for pickup, finally arriving at the correct pickup location an hour late, in a different vehicle than was ordered (no notice was given that a different vehicle would be used). The limo that did show up was dirty inside, and certainly not fitting for a bride in her wedding dress. By the time the drive pulled up to the church, it was an hour later than scheduled. The ceremony actually had to be condensed by the priest since the church was on a timeline and we were way past our allotted time. I've sent a couple of inquiries into the Extreme to see if they wanted to offer up any sort of apology or explanation, but received nothing but communications back that they were investigating the issue. It's really not worth asking why it happened anymore since it's said and done. Bottom Line....If punctuality and cleanliness are important to your buying decision and booking of a limousine service, then I would recommend looking elsewhere! read more

Extreme Limo was a part of my engagement and I will never forget it. My boyfriend had Dan pick me up at our house and take me on a 4 hour adventure that eventually lead me to my now fiance! Anyway, Dan was great I was a nervous wreck and he kept telling me to have fun and just enjoy my day. He never actually let me in on the secret, but you could tell he was excited to be part of such a special moment. He took candid photos of me the whole time too.... and always caught me by surprise. He was even kind enough to install the limo with a ipod dock so I could play the ipod with a playlist that was left for me. I used them for my wedding as a last minute gift. They're between a 3 and a 4 as they did what I expected of them but it wasn't all that impressive or memorable for me. Prices were competitive and included the gratuity which was nice not to have to worry about on your wedding day. But I don't understand how a company in this day and age could not have a credit card reader. I don't like the idea of giving my credit card number out over the phone so I went there in person when I got to town 2 days before my wedding but found that they still want to write your credit card number down. I ended up paying in cash to avoid any issues with my credit card. The office was in a decent business area so I wasn't worried about them being legit or not. I rented a white stretch limousine and the outside was nice looking but the inside was dated and dingy. The seats were all creased up like they'd been through many parties. The AC did NOT work which sucked on the way to our venue during the day time as the bridal party was all dressed up and ended up sweating our makeup off in the back. They did provide champagne (at least for weddings) which we sadly forgot to take with us on our honeymoon so can't comment on rather it was good or not. The driver was on time and helpful. He made us laugh several times so we ended up tipping him anyways. Considering we were just married it would have been nice if they closed the partition at some point for privacy. We rented the limo for 7 hours even though we only used it for maybe an hour and half and he got to sit out front the rest of the time so it was hard to like the idea of spending almost $700 for an hour and half of actual service but they were cheaper than most of the other places I checked out. I would use them again for a shorter time period if it was absolutely necessary but honestly think the limo industry is ridiculously over priced as a whole. Do not use this company. IF YOU DO PLEASE CHECK WHAT YOU ARE RENTING BEFORE YOU PAY. We rented the limo bus for our wedding. Paid $900 plus for 6 hours they gave us a hour free but then added that to our refund at the end. Limo bus broke down. I was late to my wedding. No air conditioning. We were burning up in 100 degree heat. The inside of the limo bus had duct tape and looked super ghetto. Not what we deserved for our wedding. It took them a week to get back to us about the matter then another week to receive our lousy refund. They should have given us most of it back. $350 refund. Oh and plus the owner added the free hour he gave me before. How is that a free hour? So disappointed with this company after I seen so many good reviews. We booked a limo for our wedding party to return to our rental house from the venue through Extreme Limousine and to say I was disappointed with the service would be an overstatement of how I felt. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Our driver showed up to the venue and argued with my husband in front of our wedding guests for twenty minutes that we had only booked the limo for 2 people rather than the 18-20 we had actually booked it for. Once he finally agreed to let our wedding party into the limo it took him approximately 40 minutes (for a 15 minute drive) to travel to our destination, where he parked in the mud instead of the driveway, and then told my husband that we needed to pay extra for the overage on time - my husband declined, given the above - and they charged my credit card on file anyway without notice, approximately two weeks later. The only reason I noticed was the additional charge appeared on my credit card statement. DO NOT use Extreme Limousine, they are unprofessional and rude. read more

Wasted my time. Jeff, the owner, seems nice enough and gave me a friendly pitch when I called in for a quote. I later called back (not sure who I talked to) and changed my quote to get info on a one-way transfer. I followed up on that quote with an e-mail again confirming that the one-way quote was valid for the date of my wedding (a Saturday). Confirmed. I called in to put down a deposit, and they said they don't do one-way transfers on Saturdays, so they'd have to talk to Jeff to confirm. 3 days later, no call back, so I called them again. Jeff was out of town but would definitely get back to me. A few weeks later, I still didn't hear from them, so I called them AGAIN, finally got Jeff on the phone, and he had no recollection of giving me a one-way transfer quote for a Saturday - indeed, he says they don't do one-way transfers on Saturdays. Nor could he explain why his office manager would confirm my quote over e-mail. Clearly a case of terrible communication, poor management, and failure to follow up. The result? I wasted weeks trying to get this limo booked only to find out that I needed to start over and go find another company. What a waste of time. read more

We chose the black Chrysler 500 limo for a retirement party. Our driver (Brian) was great! He was on time, patient, and friendly the entire day. He drove us around to multiple locations and each time we got out he cleaned the back of the limo for us so we always got back into a clean limo. The ability to use our iPhones for music through the speakers was great! Speakers worked well. Inside party lights were pretty neat. Jeff is the owner and he booked us. He was very friendly. As I write this review I am saddened because we have used this limo company for approximately 10 years and there has never been an issue. In fact, we have always been very impressed and pleased with Jeff and his excellent service. Ryan bought the company a year ago and what a difference a year makes. We ordered a 20 passenger limo for our son's senior prom for him all of his friends to spend their last prom going in style. We reserved the car in February and prom was in May so plenty of time to reserve the perfect car. What we got was far from perfect. It was contracted out to another limo company and the car was filthy inside and out. The step in to the car was falling off and there were left over glasses of wine inside. I had asked if water would be provided and they said "of course". There wasn't any at all, we had to take water from our house and give it to the kids. The driver was pleasant but his appearance was very unprofessional. We will not be using Extreme Limousine again, sorry Ryan. Our conversation today when I talked to you about all of this was not satisfactory, it felt as if you didn't even care. I hope you take this review and learn something from it because as fellow business owners we would not want any customer to walk away from our business and feel this way. read more

I am rating a 5 star as my experience was incredible. First of all, the level of customer service starting with the first phone call all the way to our destination point at midnight was a 10. The owner and the driver Will were so sweet and very accommodating. This limo was rented for 9 freshman girls going to homecoming. I was nervous letting the girls go w/out adult supervision but was put to ease as the rules they have in place for young passengers riding w/out an adult. They requested an itinerary from a parent w/ time frames from start to finish where and when to take the girls and would strictly enforce the itinerary unless a parent was called and gave permission. Jeff the owner also gave us a free upgraded limo due to something that happened with the original limo I ordered. I just can't praise this company enough. To let your daughter leave in a limo for the night and it being the first time, was nerve racking but due to the driver's communication through the evening via text I was so at ease. I recommend this company to the fullest. Remember when reading posts on yelp that nobody is perfect and you can't always please everyone. Booked the black limo party bus for our annual office event this year. Booked with Jeff and was always able to reach him with any questions. Lori e-mailed confirmation quickly. Our driver was prompt and courteous upon initial pick-up at 12:45 PM and got us there quickly and smoothly. The bus was stocked with glasses, napkins, ice and bottled water. Sound systems was great and lights were fun. Note: The dancing pole is not secure! :) Our driver was supposed to pick us up for our return at 5:15 but was about 45 minutes late from the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina due to Friday evening traffic. I was able to reach Jeff through the main number to ask on status and he had the driver call me right away. He was very nice and apologetic and got to us within 10 minutes. We used extreme limosine for my daughter's senior prom. We had booked the party bus in advance and confirmed our reservation the week before. Unfortunately, regional fires broke out and the prom had to be rescheduled. Luckily for us, extreme limo was very accomodating and understanding to our needs. It is important to note that they were helping us even though they were in the process of being evacuated. Even though the party bus was already booked on the rescheduled prom night, they arranged to take the kids to the prom in the party bus and pick them up in limos. The party bus was clean and very nice inside, the driver was friendly and professional. The limo drivers texted to let my daugher know they had arrived to pick them up.
